I think I found my long lost love  Anyone ever make this? I had it an Indian buffet. It had tofu in it. ------------------

I love it too, but have only had it the traditional way with cheese paneer, not the substitute tofu. Paneer actually looks like tofu though, and has a similar texture. The Indian restaurant near me describes paneer as cottage cheese. IP: Logged |

PS It was made the traditional way. It just had added tofu, which was so good. I don't know how they got it so dense and good. I tell you. I have ODed on Indian food. I have a stomach ache because I was so used to raw and it is very cooked ------------------

It's true, the Indian food looks very very cooked. I guess it's easier to digest that way, but not if you are used to eating raw. IP: Logged |
