I was a vegan, then I turned to a hypochondriac who's not vegan.I have too many recipes I made and liked that I noted down in my notes I can even write a book on it. I wanted to help anyone here who is struggling to enjoy food that is vegan or healthy. I'm creative so I was able to come up with a lot of ideas to make vegan and healthy food taste good. Let me know what kind of food you want, is it vegan or just healthy, or both? And next tell me if you want a recipe for a proper meal, a drink, a sweet dish, a snack, an ice cream, or what flavours you're looking for and I'm sure I'll be able to find what you're looking for or need. By the way if I know a really good recipe that I found online and I still know the site I got it from I can refer you to it as well if that happens. IP: Logged |

Sure. This is a really easy recipe and one of my favourite with only 4 ingredients:Wakame seaweed (dried) you can get it from a Chinese grocery store or online 1/2 cup of broken pieces Water 4 cups Salt according to taste Canned sardines in water (I use raincoast one because they taste the best) 1 can It serves around 2 people since I'm the only health conscious person at home I make in less amount but you can double or triple the recipe if you want. Cut the seaweed into little pieces and let it soak in water for 15 minutes. Boil the water and add the sardines, you can remove the middle bone from them before adding them. Boil it for around 10 minutes. Add some pink salt or sea salt if you think it needs some. Both seaweed and sardines canned in salted water already have some salt in them, that's why it should be tasted before adding more salt. It tastes really good like that, but if you want you can add chopped spring onions, a splash of soy sauce and/or fish sauce. You can garnish with sesame seeds. It's a superfood soup and really good for the thyroid, hair, skin and nails. IP: Logged |

This recipe is for breakfast, it's gluten free.1/2 cup oat flour 3/4 cup water 1 teaspoon chia seeds 1 teaspoons sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt Coconut oil A good nonstick pan Mix all the ingredients except for coconut oil. Spread/spray about a teaspoon of coconut oil to the pan. When hot, add the batter, flip it when it's the right time. Topping: Peanut butter (salted) Banana slice Cacao nibs (about 1 tablespoon) Spread the peanut butter, the banana slices and then sprinkle some cacao nibs. Wrap it and it's done. It's healthy and tastes good. IP: Logged |

This is a vegan dessert I really like. It's coconut chia pudding.1 cup coconut milk 2 tablespoons chia seeds Thin slices of one medium banana 2 tablespoons sugar or 2 drops of stevia 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon cacao nibs or chocolate chips You can get vegan chocolate chips easily, there are many that have no diary in them, you just need to check the ingredients. Mix all the ingredients together and let it sit for at least five minutes so the chia seeds can expand in size. It doesn't look or have the texture of a typical pudding unfortunately but it tastes really good, it's healthy, and I personally enjoy the texture it all soft to crunchy all kinds of textures which I enjoy.
