Brown Owl Motto:

we're the druids, here's our wish
to wave our wands, and make Magic Fish
who can swim through the sky
and mysterious mountains, who know how to fly!

What is a brown owl. I have never seen or met a brown owl only grey owls. Are you a brown owl. you must be wiser than a grey owl who is mudane and sheepish looking. I didn't know owls twist thier heads 360 dregree angle but thier eyes look right at you. I heard from somewhere that Indian Americans have totems animals and they draw circles on the ground with thier personal, individual and private animal totem from american Indian Grandmother with her mirror and single bed. I am tuned in 24/7 searching for brown owls in the tree. I was laughing so much the kids bought out thier animal encyclopedia's and studied owls in the trees and couldn't believe thier eyes that owls eyes were so big. They are amazing owls that kids enjoy them with so much fun. {{{Hugs my friend}}}

from Gooberz..just because
it warms my Heart...

Canto Two

..I thought I would be stuck in eight forever

I was duly invited
to join the really-truly Brownies -- who had only modest ambitions
no Magic Fish -- nor even any especially marvelous wish
like stopping the rain . . or making mountains fly
just "lending a hand, and playing the game"
it was never the same

I was no longer a Brown Owl -- no longer in charge
so I didn't enjoy it much, I guess
since I was never WOW about teamwork
was I a loner even way back then, when I was nine-going-on-ten ?

A lot of our Forum names are based on a Linda theme.

This Forum has to pay its dues. But it will get there.

I stroked the head of a Great Horned Owl once.

They're really big.

Especially their beak.

Yarfee.

This was a wild one that made friends with this guy.

He called him down at the gloaming.

It was a very Magickal Day.

That Owl was Very Big.

Must have been heavy for his arm.

I saw a vulture, a buzzard, and even a bald eagle (they are allowed to keep the eagle, because its beak was damaged).

I wonder how the Eagle and the Owl compare in size?

Not much Lexigram wise to work with from the name;
BROWN OWL SCHOOL
however here you are.
