Hello Secret Garden
Here is your thread, we'll start with your Gemini Sun
Scorpio Moon
Moon conjunct Saturn

Gemini Sun
Geminis have a reputation for being friendly, clever, but not able to stick to anything or anyone for long, although in reality this is not so at all. Many Geminians have a bad start in life, often because their families drift apart, so when it comes to forming a family of their own, they make a great effort to keep the household together. They will put up with a difficult relationship for longer than most, and will always keep in touch with their children, even if this is from a distance. They tend to stick to their main job although they may have subsidiary interests which bring in money, but all their jobs must offer them a variety of tasks and an opportunity to meet new people. Geminis usually have the sense to choose the kind of work which does not require deep thought or long periods of slog. They make great telephonists for example, because they can cope with a busy switchboard and they are rarely fazed by machinery.

One genuine Gemini fault is obsessiveness. I have never seen this mentioned in any other astrology book, but I have known a number of Geminis in my time, and have seen this kind of behaviour quite regularly. When something sets off this behaviour, they can become amazingly unbalanced. One example is my old school friend Sherry, whose husband left her and her daughter for another woman when she was thirty-seven years old. Sherry wept and wailed, became hysterical and stayed like it for a couple of years. Even when she later began to make a new and more interesting life for herself, she never forgot or forgave her husband's treachery.

Geminis take an interest in many things, but there is always one subject, one job, one interest (maybe in the background) which they tend to know thoroughly. Explaining anything to a Gemini can be frustrating because they only want to deal with the overview and they become impatient with details or logical processes. For example, if you are teaching a Geminian how to use a computer, don't bother to go through all the steps in detail; just give them an overciew and stay around so that they can ask for help when they need more information. It is sometimes hard to talk to a Gemini because they ask questions and then don't bother to listen to the answer. These subjects are not interested in the moods, needs and behaviour of other people because they are so totally involved with themselves. They are restless and uncertain about life because they feel that the grass is always greener somewhere else, and are often mentally on their way out of the field which they are in and looking for the next piece of grass.

Geminians are witty and they often have a very funny sense of humour which helps them get through difficult situations. Their ability to move on quickly to a new interest or a new person also helps them overcome bad times. These subjects are noted for being excellent communicators, but they may be better at connecting people with each other in the sense of an agent or a broadcaster than actually talking (and listening) to people themselves. In a social setting, a Gemini will chat away nineteen-to-the-dozen whilst at the same time their eyes roam around the room, taking in everything that is going on and analysing it with some other part of the brain.

I have to admit to being a little wary of Gemini men. They can be quite bossy and may treat the other members of their family and, indeed, women as a whole, as some kind of inferior species. They are so clever and persuasive in an argument that they become used to getting their own way, and can be terribly surprised and hurt when someone potentially slower and softer gets the better of them. There may be an unfeeling or thoughtless side to these people which allows them to use others or to 'con' people into giving them what they want. This mental arrogance can lead some Geminis into criminality. Others utilise these talents to turn themselves into excellent salesmen who, by means of a mixture of cheek and persistence, manage to close deal after deal.

I recently read an excellent book about people working in the stock market, where the combination of a fast and active brain, a talent for selling and the ability to work at great speed strikes me as making it a place in which many Geminians would feel at home. A Gemini friend of mine who works for a merchant bank told me recently that nine out of their eleven accountants are Sun in Gemini subjects. Bankers and dealers need to be hard-hearted, and this type of unfeeling Gemini is ideal for the job.

As parents, Geminians will go to great lengths to provide their children with an education. They genuinely want them to succeed, but they may find it hard to express affection towards them. Geminis are not terribly keen on touching. Their sensitive nerves seem to reach out into their auras, and they may feel uncomfortable cuddling a child, just as they dislike being grabbed or rubbed against by casual acquaintances. These nervy people can be quite difficult to live with or to understand, but their sense of humour, quick minds and interest in everything make them excellent company. Another great plus is their non-hostile approach and their genuinely non-judgemental attitude to other people's foibles and failings.

Whatever their age, Geminis are always in vogue; and they are often real trendsetter where fashion is concerned. Typically, their trim figures help them to look good, whatever style they choose to follow.

The typical Gemini is small and thin, with a slightly sallow skin colour, and mousy hair. Non-white Geminis are also small and neat, but will obviously vary in colouring. Some Geminis put on a lot of weight as they get older, and begin to resemble that famous Gemini, Queen Victoria. All of the female Geminis whom I have come across sensibly use tints to make their hair a more interesting colour, often preferring to make themselves either very blond or jet black. Both sexes are fussy about their clothes and their appearance, and usually look very good indeed, preferring rather formal clothes to the casual look. Many smoke quite heavily in a rather nervous and 'twitchy' manner. Even if they are sitting down and reading a paper, they always look as if they are on the point of getting up and rushing away somewhere.

Weak spots for health are the hands, arms, shoulders, and the upper respiratory tract. Some Geminis have considerable problems with bones, while others never seem to get ill at all. Asthma is a possibility, as is a whole range of auto-immune diseases such as eczema, psoriasis, migraine, rheumatism and colitis. Nerves play a large part in the health of this sign; and this may underlie most of their ailments. A number of Geminis suffer from arhythmia (a fast or uneven heartbeat) whilst being otherwise healthy.

Geminis are the communicators of the zodiac, and can be found working in the media, in information technology (computers, etc.), as sales representatives, and as teachers. They make excellent secretaries, telephonists and technical writers; and some of them write books for a living. Quite a number of Geminis enjoy working in hospitals, but they are usually more interested in the clerical aspects of such work than the purely medical area. Others are interested in the way other people think, which draws them towards psychology and astrology. Sport interests Geminis, especially the more prestigious kinds of sport such as tennis and golf. Paradoxically, one type or work which is rarely mentioned in connection with this sign is accountancy, because Geminis are traditionally supposed to be at home with words rather than figures. I've met quite a number of Gemini broadcasters who excel at chat show interviewing.

Gemini hobbies include reading, writing, talking on the 'phone, organising young people in sporting or outdoor activities, and driving for pleasure. These people enjoy games such as chess, Trivial Pursuit or cards; and many have the kind of creative hobby which allows them to use their hands. Light engineering or carpentry interest Geminis, and many spend hours solving problems associated with craftwork or model-making.

Geminis are not notably money-minded, but they like it for the freedom it brings. These subjects don't enjoy being beholden to anyone, and will strive to gain financial independence, even under the most difficult of circumstances. Gemini women seem to attach themselves to wealthy men or to encourage their husbands to become wealthy, after which they help them to spend their money on classy and elegant goods. Geminis rarely have large sums of money put by, but they are never broke either. If financial trouble strikes, they will take two or even three jobs at once in order to solve the problem.

Geminis love shopping, and usually have large and very up-to-date wardrobes. The vogue for smart sportswear is right up their street. They usually look and dress younger than their actual age. Their homes are kept nicely, but not usually by them! They prefer to employ someone else to clean for them and, if this is not possible, they will either do what they have to do or ignore the whole business altogether. As far as décor and furniture are concerned, Geminis will buy the best that they can afford and then live with it for years afterwards. All the Geminis I have ever come across would rather lay out in the garden soaking up the sun or snuggle into a nice, comfy armchair in front of the television than do housework. Many Geminis love animals, and have at least a couple of dogs around the place. This mercurial sign loves to be on the move; therefore, a fast and efficient vehicle is a must for them. Geminis prefer small, sporty cars but won't say 'no' to a large and luxurious vehicle if the opportunity to own one comes their way. If all they can afford is an ancient rust-bucket, then this would be far preferable to being reduced to using public transport. Geminis love holidays in sunny, fashionable places where they can laze about in comfort.

Geminis are relaters rather than loners, who will go halfway to meet a partner wherever possible. Relationship problems arise from their moodiness and restlessness. They can be dissatisfied with their lot even when it is very good, because they have an implicit belief that the grass must be a good deal greener elsewhere. To be honest, most Geminis are fairly stable and, as long as their relationship is not boring, they will put up with quite a lot. Geminis are quite mercenary, and will stay in a relationship if it gives them the standard of living that they require. These subjects need to live in style, but they are prepared to work hard and earn the necessary money to pay for this themselves. However, they cannot be persuaded to hand over all their hard-earned cash to the rest of the family while they, themselves, go without. Geminis can only function comfortably by being well-dressed, well-fed and in the process of looking forward to an entertaining outing of some kind. This sign has a reputation for unfaithfulness but I don't think that Geminis are any more likely than any other sign to cheat on a partner.

As a child, the Gemini may be unhappy and very anxious to grow up and leave behind the misery of childhood. This is strange when one considers the Geminian's evergreen youthfulness when he eventually becomes an adult. Gemini children either do very well at school or drop out altogether. They are quick and clever, and they enjoy and appreciate any toy which occupies their minds and keeps freedom at bay. Some Gemini children are excellent at sports, while others have wonderful mechanical ability; all of them learn early and very quickly, but they become bored with the routine of school work and homework, and out of tune with the kind of teamwork and petty discipline in school life. If either a relative or a teacher takes the time to show a little approval to these children, they really blossom. Unfortunately, this rarely happens, and they have to do their blossoming much later in life.

Scorpio Moon
(Tracy Marks)

Having Moon in Scorpio indicates that we value our privacy; that we are capable of considerable emotional intensity and passion; that we need to probe beneath the surfact of experience in order to secure a deep and solid foundation for ourselves; and that we need to experience our power to use our own and other people's resources effectively. When our real feelings are denied or our real needs unmet, we may easily resort to detrimental Scorpio behavior patterns - obsessions with secuality or money, expressions of revenge or destruction, or demanding or manipulative behaviors. One of the difficulties of a Scorpio Moon is related to the fear of losing control or surrendering. Because of this fear, we may deny or conceal the softer, vulnerable facets of ourselves, thereby preventing ourselves from experiencing the real communion or union which we seek.

We may have internalized messages from our parents which enabled us to develop resourcefulness, endurance and strength of character, as well as the capacity to plumb the depths of experience. Our sexuality may have been awakened early through the intensity of family interactions, so that we were forced to come to terms with our own life force and death force. A Scorpionic parent, however, may have negatively influenced our ability to receive nurturance and to nourish ourselves. Perhaps such a parent was hostile and punitive, so that we developed considerable mistrust and learned to hide our feelings. He or she may have been dominating, intrusive or sexually provocative, leading us to fear being possessed or overpowered. Coldness or undue stoicism, as manifested in a 'be tough' attitude, may have prevented our internal child from receiving the tenderness and care he or she needed. Sometimes a Scorpio Moon suggests the early death of a parent, or a premature confrontation with realities of death or violence.

We who have Moon in Scorpio can reparent ourselves by recovering, accepting and expressing our feelings and emotional needs, not just our sexual desires. We need to contact our own core, to possess ourselves rather than others, and to learn how to constructively channel our passion. One of the tasks of our Scorpionic Moon is that of discovering our inner power and drawing upon our own capacities to meet our needs rather than manipulating others to give us what we are unable or unwilling to give ourselves.

Moon conjunct Saturn
(Charles Carter)

This powerful position is on the whole good, from a Saturnian point of view. The native is extremely hard-working, and is often a self-denying Spartan. The temperament is hard, self-seeking, and critical, with few good words for anyone, though such praise as they may not grudge is usually well bestowed and their criticism is not so much actuated by envy or a carping spirit as it is the outcome of an almost inordinate craving for perfection. In good types, there is a high grade of intellect, but of a practical kind, with a distaste for abstractions. In lower types it tends to discontent, and sometimes to a narrowness that verges towards stupidity, yet it is questionable if the native is ever stupid in that which interests him, and he is rarely frivolous or silly. There is a rather rigid self-confidence, the native usually feeling thoroughly competent in his own work, and instinctively feeling no interest in anything else, lest his insufficiency in other domains might be apparent. As regards occupations and pursuits, the conjunction has much the same effect as the harmonious aspects.

Ooh lalalinda thank u thank u thank u, keep it coming plz

I dont know if you want me to reply or not, but I guess here are jus some things I noticed while reading:

Its very true that I had a bad start in life although to my family it seems like a very good one. Also, my family did split
when I was 12, so thats another true thing! I also DO have a tendency to obsess, I thot it was coz of Venus opposing Pluto and Scorp moon more than my Gem sun, but maybe it IS the Gem sun!

I also have noticed some pretty bad bad bad Gemini men out there, I dont know if its coincidence or really has to do with their
suns, but yes I totally agree. I hope its diff for the Gem woman tho hehe

I do hate being touched by other people even my mom, but I love snuggling with my signif other and sex is a good thing too, even small displays of affection with signif other are good but no one else

The physical description is totally opposite me--I am short but rounded and chubby, have been chubby my entire life, have a very rosy fair coloring and large features (large eyes, nose, mouth, big round face). I have vibrant goldish brown hair which I dye JET black most of the time (right on there about that!), I really like the jet black look! And I DO so keep up with all the fashions and find most people asking me for advice on how to dress and do their makeup.

I tend not to get ill at all but do have tons of allergies, mostly nasal congestion, and irregular heart beats. Anything that speeds my metabolism is NOT good, as I found out when I tried to take weight reducing pills (stuff with green tea extract even) because
it speeds up my already kinda fast heart (its not racing tho). Tea does calm me a lot though.

I hate sports they scare me and I suck at them, lol. I am also intimidated by information technology and am actually a Business Marketing major and do a Marketing communications job, which I love. I absolutely love everything about the marketing aspect of business, but if I had another chance, I would add a Communications major or minor, coz Advertising / Public Relations are my
dream jobs.

I hate working with my hands, chess, card games, etc. although I love education and going to school and learning new abstract
concepts. I love both math and english, all languages, things like psychology and philosophy, but don't like medical, physical or chemical sciences, or physical activities so much. I work out because I feel I have to in order to stay healthy, its more a
necessity than a choice.

I had always been an overachieving child because I wanted to be considered an adult, it seemed like when I was a child no one
really gave my opinion enough importance because I Was just too young. So I am finishing college as a 20 yr old now and may be done with my MBA at 22 or 23. I am also the youngest which does not help that complex...

Scorp moon: It is true that I can totally get negative and have all the negative Scorp traits if I am emotionally hurt or dominated.

My scorpio father was a very negative role model for me and hurt me in many ways, I did learn about sex and death much faster
than other kids, but then again, my period started at age 9, which is way earlier than most girls, so I was a precocious girl to begin with.

I do have rather strong work ethic--kept my 4 throughout high school and college and changed my career path to opposite of what
my mother wanted despite her major resentment and opposition to it, because I feel I HAVE to succeed, there is someone or something I have to prove myself to, and in order to do that I have to be ahead and work harder than anyone else I know and be more intelligent also.

Thank u

Looking forward to more of where that came from

Love
SG

**edited: forgot to add, yes I do like to look for older men (5-7 yrs older, not 20-50 yrs ), and men who are either good financially or on their way there, because I am very ambitious and hardworking, I make my own money, and my ex hubby was a good fer nothing pest sucking the life out of my savings account so I dont want that. In general I Want a man to be 'better' than me socially/financially for me to consider him the perfect long term partner**

lalalinda,

that guy whose chart I gave to you, he hasnt been calling or emailing me, and comes online only now and then, so I called him up today to ask if we can jus be friends like before....he was completely emotionless and said ok, as u wish, it doesnt make a difference.... i was crushed by his stoic demeanor, I can't believe that I was so emotionally involved and he wasn't at all, I dont know what wrong with me, I feel like the scummiest person on the face of the earth, and ive been sobbing since I talked to him,

I dont know if hes covering up his emotions which hes good at or if he really jus thot of me as a friend with benefits, and its a heartbreaking revelation,

you said this was a short lived relationship in the beginning, do you see any indications that it might not be, or that it might truly be short lived but end up being a friendship? i think ill miss him lots of he jus decides to up and leave,

Depressed

Don't feel bad Sweetie, its nothing personal.
He likes you, your Jupiter is in Aquarius along with his Sun and Moon. He would like you even when hes not happy with you.

Nobody does "indifference" as well as an Aquarian, why force issues, you probably caught him off gaurd and that was his first response. Easy to fix, next time you see/talk to him act like nothing happened, and so will he.

The only kind of relationship I see this as is one that is on and off but always friends. You both have different and conflicting needs, which goes back to his Uranus conjunct your Moon/Saturn and square his Sun. For now just enjoy it, be a true friend and cultivate his friendship. He'll respect this. For an Aquarian its harder to get away from a true friend than a lover.

thanks lalalinda, ur so sweet and sympathetic, i dont know whats gotten into me, why in the world am i so attached to this man,

but i do know hes the one who touched my heart after four years, and no ones done that in so long, and it was a relief to laugh more than i cried once in my life, he does bring a lot of laughter into my life. god how i hate my scorp moon! it makes me oh so intense and possessive, if only i could be as detached as him it might be able to work long term,

but in any case right now i am ok as long as i will get to talk to him, i havent talked to him since and hope hes ok and will talk to me again and that it will be normal,

i do know that when he gets with another girl it will be extremely painful for me! although i think its better that i stay out of his personal life like ive been doing so far

wish me luck lala, I really need it, and it would be nice if this would work out as whatever is best for both me and him, he is such a precious jewel, i hope i havent estranged him

lalalinda i jus wanted to let u know that I just talked to him online... i asked him if i he was angry or upset and said that i didnt mean to hurt his feelings, and that i think we know we can always be friends since we get along so well, and that he knows i like him but its not possible since he's so busy. he didn't reply to that but just said its ok dont worry, which only made me feel worse, because I felt that he was stepping on his feelings to try to make it seem like everything was ok. but the truth is that he really either doesnt have enough time or enough interest, but whyyyy is it so difficult to be honest with him, i know it would hurt him or shock him in some way, and i didnt want to, i really love this guy!

well ive made all my speshil prayers and set on waiting to see what happens. if he does truly love me, his heart will hopefully guide him back towards me; otherwise, i hope i can learn to wish him the best as one of my closest friends, even if it means his happiness at the expense of mine,

our conversation was pretty normal, but he was a little more quiet than usual, and a lot less flirtatious, all closed up

we usually talk with webcam on and he wouldnt turn his on and he didnt invite me to put mine up either, so i think hes trying to distance himself by pushing me away, staying with the 'cordial friends' theme....

do you think he'll get over it, or hold the grudge? i was reading linda's love signs the other day and the Aqua man-Gem girl chapter just made me laugh and blush by turns. it was all so true, at least the feelings of the Gem woman that she describes. she says even if there isnt moon/venus compatibility Gems and Aquas tend to understand each other better than any other sign; I hope this is so, and I hope that the instability will settle down a bit, there really is a distinctive sort of electric energy that runs between us, but then that should enthrall him rather than turn him away right, because he is afterall an Aqua, they like sparks and that sort of thing....

Do you think i've injured him, or that we will be able to move on, in a friend or any other way, without past wounds?

thanks lala, you've been my pillar of support in these times,

Love

lala, i was wondering if u could let me know what sign will or should be my next spouse?

my first husband was a virgo...things didnt work out, he was poor, unambitious, abusive above all.... i have the feelin he was along for a free ride

Im thinking if my nonplanetary influences would have to do with that?

Juno is in Virgo and 12th
Ceres and Chiron in Gemini in 9th
Pallas Athena and North Node is Taurus 8th
Vesta and East Point in Libra in 1st
Part of Fortune in Pisces and 6th
Vertex in Aries and 7th

And if you don't mind could you take a look at my current bf's chart and tell me what his probably marriage partner would be?

Lately hes been very involved with me...and affectionate. We discuss our attitudes towards marriage, but never has he mentioned me + marriage.... or mentioned me in that context, in fact it seems like some abstract far off thing for him. Im willing to wait....since I feel like hes the right one. In fact I want to wait at least 6-8 months and get to see him a lot more in that time, but I dont want it to end up being a dead investment you know? and then all that emotional baggage from it...and my last marriage...and the relationship before that, don't know if I will be able to carry on!

I will ask him for his birthtime and exact place, im not sure, but im about 90 percent sure its:
14 Feb 1980 in San Francisco, CA USA
not sure of the time have to find a sneaky way to find or ask him!

if you could see any weird or dominant trends , or anything about past or future partners or possible marriage partners and time of marriage could u plz let me know? thanks so much....

i tried calculating part of marriage for both of us but got all mangled up in teh calculations (lol). and then instead of tearing my hair out decided to ask you...

Thanks lala i would appreciate any info,

Love
