I use Placidus for the reason that I feel that I'm more of a 9th House Sun instead of an 8th House Sun using Equal.

So the ruler of my chart is Neptune? Because my rising is Pisces? Or because Neptune receives many aspects? Bob Marks said that since I've got a bucket chart, the planet that's isolated from others planet is the ruler. In my case, it's the Moon.

And damn yeah.. the interpretation about Neptune conjunct Midheaven fits me. I always suspect I'm delusional and have a hard time trusting my abilities.

Having so many planets in one house is going to leave the other houses a little skimpy, and the houses that are ruled by all those 9th house planets are also going to color those houses Sag. (ruler placed in the 9th)
