Like if they have a strong Neptune or Venus. What do they mean by that?

I would say that it would like like a strong muscle. You could use it well and easily. I have a strong Moon so I am very intuitive and a tender person.

A person with a strong Pluto would know how to use power, well.
A person with a strong Neptune would be creative and mystical.
A strong Sun would be confident.
