I am trying to figure out how I will meet my 2nd spouse and his personality etc and I need help.I have heard the 9th house represents the 2nd spouse?My 9th house is leo with saturn in it and the ruling planet of leo is in my 4th house.The aspects that the ruling planet makes are Sun square Neptune orb -1°27'
Sun opposite Moon orb -4°56'
Sun trine Uranus orb +3°00'
Sun inconjunction Pluto orb +1°04'
Sun conjunction Mercury orb +9°25'

Do i interpet those aspects and what house they are in ,in my chart or do I ignore the aspects? Thank you

I don't think you should ignore the aspects, I think they may give valuable details about him.

Are you divorced? If so, you can look at your DC and DC ruler + aspects and see how they described your ex-husband (personality, looks, behavior, career, habits etc). The 9th house and 2nd spouse works just the same.
