I just read there:

Moon conjunct Saturn: "Your personality may exhibit overtones of Moon in Capricorn or Moon in the tenth house and Saturn in Cancer or Saturn in the fourth house."

OK, what if you have all of them:
moon conjunction saturn, in the 10th house, in cancer, should the effects be multiplied by 3 :-) or is it just less variety as the whole placement will emphasize the same theme ?
