Topic: how to interpret this? synastry factoring natal.

this is definitely a novice question.
and i never gave it too much thought until recently.
i dont even know how to describe this so here is an example. let's say..person a's mars opposes person b's moon
but, person b has moon opposite pluto natally.
how do you interpret this?
of course, one could go with the basic mars opposing moon description but..
let's add more details:
person a's mars is in scorpio
person b's moon is in taurus and opposes person's b natal pluto in scorpio. this means person b has a scorpionic/plutonic moon, correct? a hades moon... in terms of synastry, would you still interpret this as a traditional mars opposite moon or something more akin to person a's mars conjuncting person b's moon because person's b moon is plutonic? i just have a hard time seeing this as nothing but mars opposite moon because person b's hades moon adds a different element to the synastry aspect, wouldnt it? thanks!
