WEll, why do you put it with the ASC. I would look at the Moon. The moon is the heart. What does your Moon do--sign, house and aspects. I am super fearful, too. I am a cancer moon and Mars.
The Mars may fit in here, too. What is yours and it's aspects.

The ascendant is what is shown to people and I was just wondering how the ascendant affects someone fearfulness, especially if the Moon is in a Cardinal, Mutable or Fixed sign that is not as sensitive as Pisces, Cancer or Scorpio moon.My mom has a Libra Moon or Scorpio moon, she is born on the very tip course of Aries/Taurus.
