Well coming from a Libra with Venus in Scorpio I'd say absolutely. If he's in love with you than absolutely. Once we've found the one that we love we give ourselves completely to the relationship and to our loved one. But key work "love" if he doesn't love or respect you than I wouldn't be so confident that he would be.
