Saturn usually creates a lack of energy when it forms difficult aspects, such as transit Saturn square Mars. I went through that recently (and will another two times when Saturn retrogrades and turns direct again). I was very tired and worn out feeling and even had body aches as the aspect exacted.

When Sun transit your 12H or tPluto/tSaturn in your 1st H you'd feel tired and lack energy.

When Mercury goes retrograde I feel really bad. Like an hermit. I'm a Gemini Sun.
I suppose it can happen in other planets/signs combinations
