Often when we are "nice". It is our Venus that we are showing. And that is not showing much because its not painful to be nice.

We tend to flirt with everyone and anyone with our Venus. Its all superficial and doesn't mean anything.

Venus is the placement that sends out "feelers" because it is curious i.e what kind of person are you? Are you friendly? Do we have anything in common? Can I bring you closer to me?

Venus in Gemini is chatty , witty and always has something to say that is clever and smart. So you will have to learn to catch up to how quick their mind works.

When they learn that you are indeed a sharp tool and pick up on the many double meaning jokes they drop and can clap back when they say something offhand to you. They are intrigued.

Even if you are not super fast and just put on the charm, are eloquent/well spoken and can tell really funny anecdotes, they will still be moved

Venus is the eternal flirt(especially in air signs). Mars is energy and pursuit of what you want and is more resolute.

Mars in Cancer when after you will express it by babying you(even the men); taking you out to eat, doing small favors for you, giving you lots of hugs and touching your stomach often when they can,acting like a gentleman or being the supportive ear when you feel down.

Often they will try to get you alone and spending time revealing their innermost thoughts, their more tender side or showing you their domestic capabilities.

-Look how thoughtful I am
-Look at how perceptive I am when it comes to your feelings
-Look how well I know what you want
-Look at how I really listen when you talk
