His Moon on your Dsc would suggest that he feels emotionally open with you. It could mean that his moodiness is accentuated and there is sman up/down relationship between you two

Moon/Sun on the angles is pretty significant connection-wise. But Uranus also on the angles would suggest that the relationship has a tendency to thrive more when there is distance between you two.
