Have you ever had this with someone in synastry? Would the Asc or planet person feel the attraction? Someone has their Venus and Mars conjunct my Ascendant.

I haven't had both, but I've experienced Mars conjunct my ASC exactly!

There's a lot of energy coming my way from them. It feels like attraction but it can also feel overwhelming like a really excited dog running right at you.

Venus would feel more like a cat or soft animal curling around your legs, perhaps, or perhaps even making you feel very attractive or desirable in a less intense way than mars. (More aesthetically, perhaps?)

Would the planet person still feel something? If they have this aspect in their own chart?

The planet person will react to the asc person in different ways depending on the planet that is aspecting the ascendant.

What you as the ascendant person might feel, is their reaction!

If their Venus is conjunct your asc they will associate you with Venus like things and so on.

yeah my boyfriend's Mars is conjunct my ascendant and there is a very strong need to be physically close when we are together (we have a long distance rl).
but we have other attractive aspects so it could be the effect of all of them.
