Without any personal experience to back it up, my first take on Venus conjunct Neptune in male-female synastry is that it must be like Fantasy and Fog going hand-and-hand into the House of Mirrors.However, recent posts by two active members here have suggested that the conjunction of these two planets does not always lead to deceit, illusion and bad wakeup calls. What's your personal experience with this one? Talking here about synastry, not an aspect in one person's natal chart I know, I know - everything "depends." Well, tell me how Venus conjunct Neptune worked (or didn't work) between you and a mate. And if it worked favorably or positively, what other elements in the synastry assisted? Thanks. IP: Logged |

I (Libra Neptune) have this with a younger girl(Libra Venus, ruler of her Taurus ASC conj my NN) that I'm romantically attracted to. She's a clerk in a store that I visit every week--and in a committed romantic relationship. Her Leo Sun is exactly conjunct my ASC, and her Capricorn Moon conj my 5H Vertex. Her Libra Juno conj my POF. We both light up every time we meet! Our hugs send me into romantic heaven.One of my dream lover birthdates(8/18/86 Aries ASC) also has some of the same synastry connections, including Leo Sun--ASC and Libra Venus--Neptune. quote:

While Neptune is fantasy, smoke and mirrors and all that, Neppy is also spiritual transcendence. Neptune also is the higher octave of Venus. So, on a positive note, it could be divine/unconditional love meets earthy love of venus - which would make like an explosion of beautiful lovely feelings if positively expressed.I have this with a friend, and not a lover, so I can't speak for it romantically - but I can say my friend and I do love each other very much, and it does feel like it's a very powerful love. Like our love is just understood, unspoken, and transcends space and time and has always existed and always will be. IP: Logged |
