I had to mull over this composite because it is uh... nontraditional .
it is interesting and with your choice of asteroids leans into psychic or semi occult realms.

sun/venus midpoint conjunct to mars does indicate a romantic/emotional attraction but then with mars square to the Uranus/chiron opposition , he is not the kind of guy you are usually attracted too and he is not fundamentally interested in commitment.

he is quite independent and prone to walking on the edge of society and convention. he very singular but unpredictable and critical.
with Osiris opposed to mars, he seems to be noted from coming back from adversity and this must be part of your attraction to him.the isis/Osiris midpoint is square to mercury which can imply you both are into some type of occult thought and it shows that you have played apart in him regaining positions he had lost. inaddition(if the birth times are close enough)Osiris/isis are on the vertex axis which shows you have had occult/altered reality/ other worldly sensations/experiences together.

So this is a potential relationship. I was warned early in the year I would meet this man, and I thought I would not due to circumstances, but the minute I shook hands with him I knew it was him.

From what little I know of him, he has indeed risen from adversity, and it is part of his nature. I sense he is very strong minded and willed and he lives his life according to his own rules. I am very curious what part of a regained sense of something I represent to him.

It would be a very unconventional relationship, for several reasons. And it would be hidden for the most part because of it. Neither one of us is bisexual or homosexual, but the sexual undercurrents are very strong. I am not sure yet how I feel about if the relationship develops. I feel strongly it would not be everlasting, but it would be very meaningful. I just haven't decided what "meaningful" actually means yet.

In synastry we have several strongly binding aspects, but at first glance I thought composite was lacking. But the more I looked at it, the more I realized everything was connected through minor aspects and midpoints.

And as to your comment about neptune, we are of very different cultural backgrounds.

Due to the nature of the circumstances, I will not initiate any actions. But given what I see in his birth chart, I suspect he eventually will.
