For the 1st time i saw him it was an instant attraction.

My venus in his 12th house (secret admirer).
Also, I have some loving dreams with him.
So far - we talk a lot and like spending times together and I feel like he understands me..it's a mutual feeling.

I want to show you our synastry, we have so much in common and maybe some soul connection aspects.
Regardless, our moons are not in touch, but we have some other stuff going on..

So, I will start with analysis and maybe someone with more knowledge can help me

My asc ruler is Jupiter and it is in 3rd house. This is my sensitive place (especially if someone's personal planet is making a connection with 3rd house or it's natural ruler).

He's asc is Virgo, so I look for the 12th house - Leo.
So our connection is mercury - sun and we have DW (4 and 5 orb). - assume that's good.

But, there he has a Saturn, conjunct with my asc (orb 5) which makes an opposition with my Jupiter in 3rd!(?!)

It can also mean a spiritual connection, but it really looks like it's not manifesting that way.

Sun conjunct Juno in the 11th, meeting as friends and coming together in union on a project seems fitting. Mercury in 11th, feels project oriented to me too.

Based on synastry I really feel the attraction is mutual. You DO have some nice aspects, but the energy of the relationship is hard to overcome. There are some nice aspects to composite moon and should you get past this hurdle I do think you could achieve some nice intimacy. But Mercury squares Neptune and all the sexual energy (ala attraction!) is caught in the 12th, and is dampened by Saturn.

I am not seeing strong hits to the composite from either of your charts (though I can't see the degrees of your individual natal charts). What I DO see is the composite Neptune hitting your ASC, and I think it's affecting your view.

Mercury is important to him, with Virgo ASC and Sun and Mercury in 3rd. You do hit his Mercury,, and you do have some earth in you that he is drawn to. His Moon is affected most closely by the composite DSC, so I would think that he can learn or grow emotionally from the relationship with you. (This can be regardless of type, whether romantic or platonic.) And Composite Mercury looks like it's close to his ASC... so the communication between you can help foster his own identity and presentation of himself.

You have trapped energy in your 1st and 7th houses. Notice how they begin in Sag/Gemini and skip over Capricorn/Cancer, ending in Aqua/Leo? You are drawn to Sag's to help stimulate your expression of self, and Gem's to help your development of relationships. He's a Sag Sun and he helps you access this part of yourself. On top of that, his Venus is conjunct your ASC, so he makes you feel good and beautiful, or has the potential to. This is a big part of your attraction to him. Your soul knows he can help you.

EDIT TO ADD: as for Gem, he has nothing in there, but with his 3rd house influence in his chart he emulates this quality for you. This is good for you. Ever notice you like Geminis or attract them often?

For him, he is kind of lost in his own 12th house. Even though he is Mars Jupiter, which gives him better Mars expression, he's caught in his 12th house. So he can be vague, unclear, or indirect. virgo mars loves to overanalyze and nitpick everything and this only adds to the issue. But your Venus is there, and can help him if he receives it.
