I started dating a guy whose Leo with a lot of Virgo placements. I was wondering what to expect since I have a lot of water placements in my own chart. If anyone can describe the feeling we'd have toward each other and any other details I'd be grateful thanks!

Him: August 2nd 1978
Me: March 14 1991

When i finally get to my computer, I will take a look at synastrie.

For now I can say - wow for the age difference. Leo in with Virgo can be quite demanding and very critical. On on e hand he needs to be worshipped and on the other hand he feels like his significant other need to be no less than perfect. In other words, he's the kind and he needs his perfect queen. If you're less than perfect and as a human you are, then expect to be his lifetime project of improving you.

I have such an example at home and just because I am fiery Sag, I can handle that. Slightest sign of him trying to change me, improve me, force me - and I fight with passion.

You as late Pisces, can be very sensitive to that. I would say run but it's up to you.

It's hard to be accurate without the birthplace or birth time.

But, I took a look at the aspects.

You are a very watery Pisces and if you do have Pisces moon too, this may be very challenging for you. He will have Saturn directly opposing your Moon (unless your birth time says otherwise). Virgo is already very critical. Paired with Saturn, you can expect a lot of harshness and insensitivity coming from him. His Mercury in Virgo conjunct Saturn doesn't help either. He will nitpick every single thing you do when you don't do it correctly. This can be stressful for you as a Pisces, especially emotionally. He'll make you feel like you're never good enough but you wouldn't understand this. Strong Pisces influence see beauty in everything and it just doesn't make sense to you how someone could see you or others as not being good enough.

As a Leo with Virgo dominant myself, I find Pisces to be overly sensitive and delusional. I like to be realistic and have a tendency to see others as "stupid" if they are not practical, especially in relationships. He may try to ground you but not in a very considerate manner.

He most likely will have Cancer moon. With your Sun trine his Moon, you will be able to satisfy his emotional needs. He will feel that he can talk to you about his feelings without being judged. However, you may come off too strong or insensitive to him sometimes with your Venus in Aries square his Moon. Good Moon-Venus contacts in synastry makes a person feel loved. In your case with the square, what you show as "love" may very well fly over his head. It's not that he doesn't appreciate you. It's that how he perceives affection or expects it to be is not the same as your approach. Your Mars in Gemini also squares his Venus in Virgo. He might perceive you to be flaky or play a lot of games. Indirect and scattered.

There's no aspect to his Mars. I can't say how much he's sexually attracted to you since there's no birthplace or birthtime. House overlays negate unaspected planets.

His Venus is opposite your Sun. You are the exact opposite of what he looks for in a woman. He might see you as a project to fix instead of just accepting you for who you are. His Moon opposite your Neptune indicates that he sees you as his fantasy, but not his reality.

Me and your guy have a lot of similar placements--sun, moon, mercury, and venus.

I tried to date a heavy Pisces before and I ended within a month. He wanted me to meet his family right off the bat and tell them he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me. It confused him a lot why I wanted to let him go and what was wrong with him. He was a good looking guy but we only known each other for two months. You would think the Capricorn moon and venus would ground him, but it didn't. He didn't take it so badly though because of his earth moon being able to ground his emotions.

Not trying to say run, but just letting you know what you are putting yourself in.

Just my two cents.

Thank you very much for your input. Perhaps you could elaborate a bit more if I give you some more details.

We seem to be quite attracted to one another. Sorry, I don't know his birthplace or time. When I flirt with him it seems to be the only time he really engages in heavy flirting. He lets me take the lead, but isn't shy about being direct about what he wants/likes. He claims he is very romantic. I quite agree. But he also seems quite direct.

He stated he likes me a lot when I tried to pull away. I mentioned he's quite sexy, seems like he has good character, but might be too mature for me or possibly a player. At the very least I'm less experienced in relationships/sexually. I told him I don't want to disappoint him or waste his time. I also told him I'm passionate and need to feel it more to deepen the relationship. I told him I am ultimately seeking commitment and would only consider someone from that serious aspect. That was after I'd tried to get to know him for a while and ultimately decided he might be either too big of a challenge when I was feeling a bit insecure and unsure where he stood with me really. I thought he might not want a deeper relationship and I mentioned how both culturally and personally I want to move things along quicker than he'd probably like.

He literally almost freaked out in text (freaked as in wrote a solid paragraph clarifying and apologizing instantly and I believe he was at the hospital) he apologized for seeming not serious. He said he was serious. He said he will communicate better with regard toward the passion. And he said if the age thing didn't bother me then it didn't bother him. He said he likes me very much and hopes I can be his girlfriend. I should also mention he had just broken his hand which is why he was in the hospital for treatment and it was quite inconvenient for him to type. I felt like a jerk, but I didn't realize he was still in the hospital. And I'd been in contact with him for months and had decided this previous to knowing about his injury.

So neither of us seem to mind the age difference, he looks quite young, and my siblings are all 13+ yrs older than me so I feel very comfortable with him and a little uneasy around people closer to my own age.

Maybe the maturity is a good thing? I am looking for someone to keep me grounded and point me in the right direction to achieve our mutual goals, but in a loving manner with sensitivity. I tend to be pretty sensitive/compassionate but can quickly get impatient if I don't see improvement and put on the "tough love" act to straighten out the situation.

Also, I once posted some pictures on social media of a creek (we both love waterscapes) and some beautiful flowers that were growing when I was on a trip once. For my caption, I asked "Do you believe in fairytales? I've just stepped into a fantasy land. How beautiful. How I wish I could stay forever." He liked it. & later told me that he liked it very much.

Is it possible he's more fanciful than practical due to his Leo Sun when it comes to love?

What placements could explain this?
