Hi, guys! I need a little help with this one! I get suspicious when I see a yes lol.

I don't know this guy. I don't know how he looks like, I don't know his first name. But he was mentioned to me twice. The first time was when I got introduced to his father, my temporary employer, soon to be permanent (that was the purpose of the meeting/interview). He asked me some pretty personal questions, like my age, my background and whether or not I am married. I said no and he asked why the hell not, what am I waiting for? I told him I haven't met the right person. He got a little informal for what I anticipated would be a very, very formal meeting, gave me life advice etc. Then he said hmm.. you're close in age with my son.. I was under the impression he might have liked me as a daughter in law lol. But that was months ago (June, I think) and I forgot all about it. Like, where the hell would I meet his son, out of all people?!
Well, you know life. Always so unpredictable. Yesterday I met some people we will be conducting a project with. I showed them the perimeters and they mentioned this guy (my employer's son) will be joining us when we start. Apparently I am going to work on this project - with him!

I don't know why, but I had my antennas tingling the first time he was mentioned. Now it's like a big lightbulb is flashing lol.

So, I asked. A tad crazy, I know. But oddly enough, the chart is radical - ruler of the hour is Mars (same humour as Leo).
Alright, I'll leave you guys to take a stab at it. I have my own opinion and I will post it later, but like I said I am biased with my own horaries sometimes.

I suppose this Mercury in Sag is the Snake lady lol the connection of that stellium with your 6th ruler Uranus is interesting. The Mercury lady is appl for a sq to Neptune, on your 2nd/8th axis (for both of you). How do you see this? Also, would you consider Jupiter here as important and maybe the appl sq to Saturn as an indicator/time marker of your meeting? (being your disp and on ASC)

LeeLoo, I use traditional rulers, so Saturn rules my 6th, not Uranus. I also disregard Neptune, except to color the situation - like in this instance, being placed in the 7th gives a hint about my daydreaming of a partner, or it could be indicative of his emotional/mental state (confused), or maybe he could be an artist in his spare time. But nah, combined with Chiron also there, is more about disappointments. Mine or his, or both.
I disregarded Jupiter too because he's not doing anything. He applies to Saturn but will turn Rx soon and never perfects. Saturn is leaving Scorpio and enters Sag, which might mean *some* development, considering it's my sign of triplicity (OK, only in theory, because it's a night chart - triplicity goes to Jupiter, not me). My time frame for this is 5 - weeks or months. It wouldn't be unusual to start receiving emails from him before meeting in person, regarding this project. I am wary of translation of light, like I mentioned elsewhere, because it's so out of my hands.
Re- Mercury, I initially thought she might be an ex; not sure yet but Mercury is the one translating the light - if a detrimental Mercury is capable of such a thing, especially across signs.. Here's to hoping accidental dignity is enough.
The only thing worrying me here is Mars. Mars applies to sextile Saturn, with jawdropping reception (both in each other's rulership). Mars rules his 10th and his 3rd; either a boss/mentor or someone in his environment. However.. Mars is intercepted.. and in my experience, intercepted planets rarely manifest - though Mars is kinda strong and well received by Saturn. I guess he still has time for a quick relationship before he and I get together, which will not be quite soon.

Still, I think there's reason to be optimistic that in the end things *might* turn out alright - POF conjunct end of the matter and Moon's last aspect is a trine to him. So, regardless of the delays and all his exes/current partners, he's gonna be mine, all mine.

Or.. at least that is my biased opinion.

Does the sun or moon make a parallel or contra-parallel to Saturn?

No.. the only contraparallel to Saturn is from POF. That's not good.

Mars is also in his 11th, so it's more like a friend or someone from his circle of friends. Do planets in horary always have to signify persons? I'm still thinking about the "event part like an event here, such as the project - 10th 3rd and 11th - projects are ruled by the 11th house, no?

Anyway, wouldn't it be more appropriate to consider interception as a not-so-obvious layer, a surprise? - someone behaves as the "gate" ruler - in this case Jupiter - but underneath he is Saturn. or a situation that starts or seems to be Jupiter, bur proves to be Saturn (the interception) - a turn of events, something is not what it seems, a Pandora's box, a frog who proves to be a prince, a surprise - I'm applying what I know about interception here, in horary.

I know Saturn is the ruler of your 6th, but I think it's kind of sad to totally ignore modern planets they are so event related, their impact on charts by transits etc is tremendous, and their impact on events is crucial, much stronger that the impact of the inner planets...so IMO horary must find a way to include them. I know they move slowly, but their aspects there must have some meaning/impact. If we think of Uranus, for instance, as bringer of major events and surprises...I cast a horary for myself too, in fact, I did two for the same question some days apart, and they both have Pluto on MC, plus the Pluto/Uranus sq going on in there - I find it hard to believe it means nothing, that repeated Pluto on MC. lol

Lol LeeLoo, horary has distinct set of rules, that do not follow modern astrology I'm afraid. In a way, to properly learn horary, you have to be willing to leave all you know about astrology behind. Not everything matters in horary - here it's just white noise. You identify significators and look at them and them only. You don't care about the rest, nor about the aspects the horary does to your chart or his Vertex. White noise. The only planets who matter in horary, aside from significators, are those making aspects to them. That is it. And Moon, ofc, if not one of them. Pluto on MC - irrelevant unless a) this is a MC question; b) it conjuncts or makes a Ptolemaic aspect to one of the significators - in which case it may color their emotional/mental state but do not influence events. And horary is all about events - unless it isn't lmao (meaning, if the question is descriptive, I once asked what gift will X give me and there was a Neptune aspect that described the gift, YES - but that - and maybe "What does he feel about me" are pretty much the only use I have for outers.. Descriptive questions. Like I said, special rules ).

There are horarists and horary schools that DO use outers, but I don't follow them.

I guess we will have to wait and see how this plays out. *impatient tapping*
