I think a celebration is ruled by the fifth house. You are ruled by the moon and the fifth ruler is mars, which is square the moon in an applying aspect. It is also conjunct your descendant. That is very interesting. I'm not sure how to interpret that though. But I would say that you would definitely spend it with someone.

The moon in libra, is also square the ascendant and descendant as well. It's in the fourth house. The fifth house is full of planets lol. So I think it would be a mix of people of different ages. Does your family usually celebrate it at home? Maybe they are hosting a party? I am really amateur at horaries though so you should probably take someone elses interpretation over mine.

You must have some underlying question, I think.
