'Horary astrology is an ancient branch of astrology that answers questions by using the time of birth of a question, rather than the birth of a person.'

I want to know what constitutes as 'the birth of the question' for example last night I thought of a question and made a chart but I haven't posted it, would of last night been the birth of the question?

Yes, last night was the birth of your question. A quote from Deborah Houlding" The horary chart is drawn for the moment that the question is clarified in the mind, crystallized in structure, and submitted for astrological scrutiny."

Yes you can but they need to be unrelated. You cannot ask several questions which are relateable to one topic. For e.g. "Does he love me?" and then you want to ask "Will I pass my exams?" - those are two unrelated questions.

If you ask "Does he love me?", receive answers and then want to ask "Does he want to be with me?", then these "questions" should be answered from the original chart.

Please note that I am no expert in reading horary and, hopefully, one of the Mods will be able to clarify this question more precisely for you.
