Both are malefic in my chart and I am going through Rahu Maha dash and Jupiter as antradasha.

It is bringing depression to me and lots of disturbance at work.

The remedies usually don't work that effectively, but if you pray to Lord Shiva, or pour milk at Shivling (a small dome made of stone you can find in a Hindu temple) it may be of some relief to you. This remedy I am telling you as per Vedic astrology.

wow you must try the remedy. Sade Saati is a tough time of learning. It's Saturn's time of teaching you where you have gone wrong. Probably the tough time is more because of Sade Saati. Just a coincidence here that my Sade Saati and Jupiter-Rahu Dasha happened to come at an intersecting time. Both of their effects are hard to cope up with but when it's over you will be more wise, mature and with a different perspective about life.

Currently you are going through Rahu dasha with Jupiter antardasha, it's going to be little bumpy ride till this dasha lasts.

The most important thing for you at this point is finding your mental peace. If you look around you there are people who love you. There will also be people around you who wont love you and it's a general advice focus where the love is. Rahu can certainly make you want everything at once, which is not possible for anyone, so you must try to keep yourself suffice with whatever good you have. It's a habit of Rahu to make people lust after things, almost all of it, so you need to know where to pull your boundaries. Rest pray to God and ask for his guidance, that way you'll be able to find peace.

I am having bumpy time, yesterday it was so bad, that my face was all read and hands were all shaking, today it was in favor for me at work.
