Where can I get some good free ones? Maybe some website where I can enter the dates/times and it would give me a relationship score or description? Basically a resource for someone who knows nothing in vedic astrology.

There's a table for 'Maximum obtained' and 'Obtained point'. What's the difference?

There are many Gunas..I don't know what's what..what's the score I want and which gunas are most important for good compatibility?
P.S. I think I'll have to get a book for dummies. This is nothing like western astrology.. I don't understand Anything at all!

yes true vedic astrology needs a guide or book to be understood best.

Mangal dosh is there in chart when mars is in 12,1,4,7,8th house. A person with this dosha is preferably to marry a mangal dosha person. There is lagna mangal dosha and rashi mangal dosha. The mangal dosha cancels out in certain placements. Reading about vedic astrology is the best way to learn it as it is for any. You can try watching videos by KRS, Kapeil Raj on youtube, his videos are in English and very easy to understand.

Thank you for recommendation! I figured out from the report me and my interest are both Mangliks (low). I've been reading a lot trying to figure out what 95% of the words I don't understand mean..) I'll probably make a new thread asking for some general feedback on the results I got.

Do not make the mistake of thinking the higher the score the "better". Vedic matching has it's faults. It's a system meant specifically for arranged marriages and you can have a very high score with someone yet have a terrible composite chart with them- which will make things difficult even if you want to be together.

The most important things in vedic matching are Vedha, Raju and Stree Dheerga. I would rather have 20 points with someone who I have positive Stree Dheerga with than 31 points with negative Stree Dheerga. Follow your heart (but it's also not a bad idea to do composite along with the other matching techniques).
