You would have to post a Vedic chart, not a Western chart.

I'm not a Vedic astrologer ... but I have been trying to understand my own Vedic placements and meanings.

Vedic is a very very sophisticated and super-detail-oriented system.

IF you are willing to put in the EFFORT and Work, I can give you a little bit of instruction on 'how' to find your own placements for self-study.

It might take you YEARS of dedicated effort. There is the expense of printing your own charts, even the investment of purchasing books-- if you are financially resourced well-enough, you might even invest on taking some classes.

As far as looking at your intended-boyfriend's chart, WITH your own, AND-- that you seem in such "turmoil" about your feelings for this man right now? --- I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you invest some money in getting a reading with a Certified Professional astrologer with YEARS of experience, who could "counsel" you on your chart and transits, and ~whatever, is going on with you right now.

I'd say "PURCHASE" an Astrological reading (with a Professional) so you can put this obsession to this man to "rest"? For your OWN Peace of Mind's Sake.

You DESERVE it, Bubbles.
You Deserve Peace of Mind and Heart.

FIRST----
DO you have an astrodienst account?
{looks like you've been able to post some charts, so, I'll guess that you do}

With YOUR chart selected only....

* SIDEREAL
Go into the Astrodienst selections, and find the "Sidereal" button-circle. This will give you your planets and houses according to the constellations (not western zodiac).

The Vedic system is DIFFERENT than Western.

* LAHIRI
In the chart selections (after circle-button Sidereal is marked), choose a Lahiri chart.
South Indian (I think?).

* MAJOR ASPECTS ONLY
De-select the "minor-aspects" (turn it off).
That would be for 60, 135 degrees, etc.

* OUTER PLANETS
You might want to 'select' the option that takes OUT Uranus-Neptune-Pluto
(Selecting, turns it off OFF).

THEN---
Print that chart for yourself.

This will provide you with your basic Sidereal flavors.

The zodiac signs will be DIFFERENT than Western-- with the 'wheel' appearing the same.

Come back, and share your placements.

There are SEVERAL websites for casting your own Indian Vedic Chart. Can be confusing...

I have one link that does a unique blending.

Come back if you're interested.

Thanks so much for the detailed walkthrough I don't have an account with astrodienst but everyone here has been so helpful in introducing me to the site and getting me through the chart. I'm learning a lot. I think I got it right and will post it

Bubbles....

You need an image saver account--- like a photobucket, or similar.

From THAT url, (on which you post your chart), using the IMG codes, with 'that' url referenced' will post your chart here.

Or

leaving the url TO your image account, will allow people to link to your chart there.

Keep Going

Good Luck *shamrock*

Easiest way to post screen shot images is tinypic.com
Upload the file and paste the link on your post
Download Jagannath Hora software and prepare your chart there as it has lots of info and details necessary for in-depth chart readings
