venus in the 7th is like a lock and key for career, as 7th house is 10th from 10th, when marriage happens your career starts in the true sense, before that the career is not much to speak off,

jupiter is badhakesh in your chart- obstructor
both natural and temporary badhak (obstructor) are placed in the house of marriage for you, so travelling abroad can help
