Also, you don't need to wait for Jupiter's MD. You could also build a home away in your Rahu's MD & Venus' AD especially if you are 30+.

* I had several research articles published in metaphysical journal owned by a global-reach research association.
* Then I was asked to compile a biog-book that got published, for a medical doctor who was a speaker that gave lectures in my country and in conventions in foreign countries.
* Afterwards I was asked to edit two volumes of channeled-writing books for a doctor who was also a speaker-lecturer in certain circuits.

During JUPITER MahaDasa {religion}
* I had attended a religious small Christian college. Teacher and I compiled 7 study-guides/textbooks (created from her and my notes). These were sold in 'foreign' countries for use in their satellite schools in countries on the continent of Africa, in UK and Scotland, Europe, and the Phillipines.
These were a Labor of Love for ministers and students. Made a lot of money for the megachurch, the school, and the minister who owned the school.
{I received no financial compensations}.
