I love that term, uh-huh. I have an appt in my doctor in a couple weeks to make sure everything is still up to snuff from what he can see.

Sorry, this should perhaps go in Labors of Love. I don't think I can move posts so if a moderator can do it, I would appreciate it.IP: Logged |

MW, just remember to relax rather than force and invite whatever soul is meant to become a part of your life and growth to come through you. Invite with all the love and good intentions in your heart and whatever is meant to be will come to pass. I still have the picture of your son feeding the squirrel. What did it say behind him..? Believe? It was so beautiful. Any soul would find a safe passage-way and protection during times of growth, through you. IP: Logged |

There are usually only complications if it is your FIRST child after 40. You probably won't have any problems at all. Don't stress over it. Think happy thoughts, and expect the best. Hey, this topic was okay being in LLC2. Do you want me to re-open it, since you will get more replies there?IP: Logged |

MW,i saw your post there in LLC2, and wanted to chime in, with perhaps you might consider acupuncture? They have wonderful help for people. Look on the bright side, You are a beautiful woman in the prime of her life! and I ditto on what mel said. Just relax, and speak with your etherial peeps, and ask that they assist with any soul wanting to come to you. You can do it! IP: Logged |

What Melody said! I know this to be true. My friend at mothers group wasn't able to have children (2 girls) until she was 40! She tried and tried, even artificially all through her 30s, sure she conceived (twins) but it failed. It wasn't until she stopped trying and gave up she then two beautiful girls, in the space of 2 years. She told me it was all timing, and it wasn't HER timing, it was her girls. So *happy* for you IP: Logged |

I would consider acupuncture... I have a serious fear of needles though. Which is stupid because I have two tattoos but I almost passed out with both of them and I HAVE passed out with shots or having blood taken. I've heard acupuncture is very different. I'm willing to try anything at least once.

I will TRY to relax. I will! It's just that I also only have one fallopian tube because of a previous ectopic pregnancy and I've had multiple miscarriages years ago and I have endometriosis.
I am still very positive!!!! I'd just rather a little soul come find me sooner and later so I don't get too sad about it. IP: Logged |

------------------ "All deaths are suicides, do you realize that? Every single one. The only distinction is that, with some people, suicide is a subconscious choice, and with others it's a conscious choice. Otherwise, those who commit suicide and those who succumb to accident, illness or "old age," die for exactly the same reason: belief in the inevitability of death." Linda Goodman IP: Logged |

It's very relaxing, and I'll tell you it's my secret way to get naps...I fall asleep on the table I'm not particularly fond of needles either, these are about the thickness of one strand of hair. In addition they have diet recommendations, and herbs that will be assisting your building up that Chi. IP: Logged |

I feel you will be fine! The big thing is relax and keep up on the ob/gyn visits. In my family women having babies in their late 40s early 50s is very common. I have had 26+ miscarriages but my situation is very complex blend of hormonal imbalance, fibroids, endometriosis, RH disease (miscarry positive blood types) And Luteal Phase defect.Oh, get yourself an ovulation predictor monitor! Or learn to check for ovulation via daily temperature logs and cervical mucus readiness. There are many ways to ensure conceiving! If you need and tips I will share! Conceiving was never my problem, carrying was. ------------------ ~The present time is theirs, but the future is mine.~Nikola Tesla ~There is no box.~H♥ ~Balance is not letting anyone love you less than you love yourself.~Felipe ~I remember, therefore I am immortal~LEXX ~It is far better to regret wrong paths taken than to regret the paths not tried~Giselle }><}}}(*>~ IP: Logged |

What is RH disease? I'm type A negative but I was under the impression a shot during pregnancy around the 20th week will prevent problems.IP: Logged |

Because you have had previous miscarriages, please tell your doctor that and that you are RH negative. If any of your loss pregnancies were RH positive and if you did not receive Rhogram, then your doctor needs to know that in order to help you manage your pregnancy. quote: Understanding what it means to be Rh-negativeYou’ve recently learned that you are “Rh-negative”, and therefore your baby may be at risk for hemolytic disease of the newborn, also known as HDN. Before hearing the news from your doctor or nurse, no doubt your thoughts were filled with all the joyful anticipations of a new baby: picking out names, planning a nursery, buying infant clothes, and sharing sonogram images with relatives and friends. But now, unfamiliar terms such as Rh factor, antibodies, and HDN may have you feeling concerned, even scared. Don’t be! There is a treatment called RhoGAM® Brand that, if administered properly, can virtually eliminate the risk of HDN; your doctor will be prescribing it for you. The company that makes RhoGAM® Brand is the same one that helped discover, develop, and deliver this lifesaving miracle 40 years ago: Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, part of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. What Does It Mean to Be Rh-Negative? http://www.rhogam.com/Patient/WhatRhNegativeMeans/Pages/WhatdoseitmeantoRhNegative.aspx How RhoGAM® Brand Protects Against HDN http://www.rhogam.com/Patient/WhatRhNegativeMeans/Pages/rhoGAMagainstHDN.aspx
