Maybe because lately I have been a bit sick and I am so exhausted , its been a bit difficult for me to do the cell regeneration meditation.

But not just now, in general I find it difficult to concentrate on the spiral of the cell spirling back.

I try to imagine that little drawimg in every cell of my body starting from the head and ending on my feet but when I do it I feel all my concentration is into imagining that little drawing from the book properly, and not that much in the feeling.

Its difficult for me to concentrate on the spiral. I can do it but then I forget to deeply feel I am chamgimg my body with my mind.

Lately I learnt a healing visualitzation with a yoga matser... and it was about imagining your cells too.

And that was so easy for me.

So I thought I could turn it into age reversal meditation, which is kind of a healing too after all.

When I do this and I feel I can concentrate on the feeling way easier, on feeling that my cells indeed are changing because I dont put my energy on concentrating on the spiral drawing.

I guess what Linda wanted to do with that meditation she proposes in her book is to give you a tool for you to change your body with the power of your mind and spirit.

But maybe its not about imaginimg the spiral , but about KNOWING and about doing some visualitzation on your cells, and sending new images about yourself to your mind with belief and power, and doesnt matter throught which kind of visualitzation you do it.

I dont kmow... what do you think?

Here I give you the new visualitzation I do which is easier for me and it feels more intense to me.
Do you think it could work too?

I just dont know how actually important is to imagine the exact drawing of the book on your cells.

What I do is to imagine every little cell on my body shinning with golden light and turning back to its perfect healthy state.

And I imagine the number of the age I wanna manifest , in the middle of the cell.
So if its 20, I imagine the cell with a number 20 on it and I feel the cell its on that age.

I do this comcentrating on my forehead my neck my arms... all my body , seeing and even feeling how the cells are changing.

Then when I finish I imagine my whole body is shinning and it looks as I want.
Then I imagine a big golden light coming throught my head till my toes healing everything in my body.

And then I just see images of myself in the age I wanna manifest and to feel thats how I look.

And then I just pray for peace and make my normal prayers, to feel that I wanna give something good to this world and help during all the hundred of years I will be here.

For me this visualitzation its easier to do.
Do you think it could work too?
For some strange reason its difficult for me to concentrate on the spiral.

I cannot say yet if the results of this new visualitzation are good or not.

I got some people like one month ago thinking I was almost a teenager, then lately I got a guy who thought I was like... 10 years older than my real cronological age😲😂😂

So I dont know... maybe because I am sick I look terrible. No idea.Or maybe I did sonething wrong. Maybe I have too much fear and I got older in just a month... I feel fear may be one of the worse emotions for cells to regenerate.

But maybe I can turn it back.

Anyway.. what about the visualitzation? What do you think?

Is the spiral a basic key for the regeneration or is more about the feeling and about somehow visualizing every cell belonging to a certain age even if its wihout spiral?

Yes I think this visualitzation works better for me. And I will work on my fears and doubts. I think also bcs I was in a place with very low vibratiom and with so much fear around from so many people that afected me negatively also.
