I wanted to ask for how long should the cell regeneration meditation last.

Also... do you have to imagine the cells from your whole body spiril backwards at the same time or you have to imagine it in every part of your face and body?

And... I have some concentration problems. I mean I can concentrate but when I do this meditation lots of other things comes to my mind , people, feelings, etc.

Then I go back to the cells.
But I cant be hundred per cent concentrated on the cells for a long time.

Will the meditation work anyway as the most important thing is suposed to be ' knowing it'?

And... instead of takimg all this pills with vitamine C and E , could I replace it for seaweeds ( like Kelp, Spirulina...) which also have vitamins and cell regenerating properties?
