Hello everybody!

I was womdering if anybody here read the death habit, from Leonard Orr.

Its a practical book, he says in order to be immortal you need ,apart from belief, certain practises of spiritual purification because the world is so poluted with negative emotions and energies.

So one of the important daily practises you need is to shower or bath twice a day because it cleans your aura and seems its very important.

My question is kind of silly but, really, I cannot find the answer in his book.

Do you have to shower your head also twice a day or just your body?

I mean... we have an inportant chakra in our head... would make sense.

BUT if you are a woman with long long hair, to dry your hair twice a day its hell eheh...
So ahah its kind of a silly question but its important bcs I wanna do the practises well!

I am invited in my friends house and they are freaking out about how many times I shower ahah they think I have shower obssesion or something, always drying my hair every morning and night.

Any woman out there who have the same problem?
Is it important to put water on your head too twice a day in order to get the spiritual purification Leonard talks about?

I will apreciate your answers and opinions.

Thanks a lot and blessings to all!

But I think Randall, the energy of your crown chakra is like... on the skin of your head.

I mean do you think that if you take a shower with a plastic the energy gets clean?
I feel it has to touch the skin.
But maybe to some extend it helps.

Actually didnt Linda say our soul or spiritual energy is like... 2 inches away from our phisicall body like... suronding it?

Also I find it curious that in hindu traditions, yoguis are suposed to leave their hair as long as they can, because its believed that hair acts like a connector with the energy of the sun or the energy around you and your crown chakra.

So then they think if you meditate and take care of your energy somehow long hair helps to bring it to that chakra.

But Leonard Orr and bhudist believes the oposite, they believe you should shave your head in orther to clean any obstacle for your crown chakra to be super clean and pure.

I am just completely unable to shave my hair😅😅😅 so I am with the yoguis... but I wonder why they have oposite opinions.

Ahah its not a very important matter... but its curious.
