Yes I liked it is very interesting and it gives you lots of things to practise if you wanna be immortal.

Seems for him immortality is way more complicated than Linda Goodman said but I think Linda is right because she says the belief you have is the first thing and that sounds right to me. And that is maybe what he is forgeting a a little bit.

I wanted to talk about that book because he speaks about several places in India where immortals meet and things like that so as I am going to India I may explore those places and I wanted to know if anyone has been in those places or if anyone had experiences of having visions of " Babaji" or all this things he talks about in the book.

Also I thought if someone is practising those things I would like to ask how do they manage to soak into water everyday if they dont have a bathtub at home ( and swiming pools doesnt count bcs you cant sit on a public swiming pool and meditate eheh).

Also I have the feeling that his idea of immortality means being alone. Like... he doesnt say that but when he speaks about having spent a year alone in the forest to detoxify his spirit from people's pain and all this ...

I get what he means but I feel I am not someone who would be able to spend a whole year away from humans or to be that lonely as that yoguis who live away from people all their lifes.

I do like being alone, I need it so much but I also feel life wont make sense without people around to give something to or to just laugh with.

Also as long as I understood, the book says you aren't suposed to have friends who dont believe in immortality because that will kill you.

So... that for me would mean leaving absolutely all my friends, which I am not gonna do... I tried to talk about my ideas with them but they think I just have a big fantasy and some of my christian friends even think these are evil ideas. But I think its ok bcs we dont have to believe the same in order to be friends.

Anyway... if immortality means leaving your friends and also family then I feel like whats the point? I mean as long as they are not changing your mind and respect you have your own ideas then I dont see the problem. We usually just joke about it I feel thats the best.

Just wanted to see if someone read that book too to talk about those things.

Oh but if you become advanced in spiritual practises then you can visit them , you can leave the body visit them and come back.

Also... maybe you end up convincing some friends or family about immortality...

Ballerina, Hi, honey. nice to see you. Looks like you kept the faith!
Shulia: All things are possible, but you will grow and that may take you away from your friends, who grow in a different direction, If they choose to die, you have to respect their choice

Thank you for noticing,
MAKLHOUF

..when we cut our finger
and put a band-aid on it,
we simply know when we
remove it, it will be healed..

It's simple, our body wants
to heal itself, and it does!

The myth that our brain does
not produce new brain cells,
a lie, our body re-news!

..there is no end, there is no
death, everything is connected
everything is a circle...
..in clear gold!

I've read enlightenment is one way of transcending death, albeit I haven't reached there myself ( Haha!). But once you know how to go out of body through meditation (there are other practices too which teach you how to go out of body, which I have no experience of, but I suspect that they won't create enough awareness needed when the death approaches the body) .

This is a good story related to it btw (albeit not a story, but a happening and I find it rather fascinating.)

Yes balerina you are right. I have a big wound now on my leg and I see how it changes and regenerates so quickly day by day. And I am just cleaning it , not doing anything else. Also by looking and it it came to my mind if my body can do this on its own why wouldnt be able to regenerate its cells or anything which is not a natural state of health?

.. thinking my thoughts...
before the flood in the Bible,
the people lived up to 1000 years...
..after the flood, they did not.
Somehow, our DNA changed, or our
Consciousness to God Source!?
