My question is... if you are immortal or live for hundreds of years, most of people you love so much will die. I mean you may lose all your friends and family at the end after so much years. I know I could convince them of immortality... but I tried already, specially with my parents, and they think I just have an amazing imagination and fantasies on my head. My friends thinks the same. I already lost my grandma and I was devastated. I am very close to my parents and I imagine I will suffer so much when I lose them. And at some point I would feel I just wanna be with them again. So... how does it works? For example, my grandma. If I keep myself alive for a long time, will she come back to me throught reincarnation? Like... she may come back as a very close friend, or as my daughter or something like that. Some soul unions cant be destroyed. That I know it. I mean I know me and my grandma we are united even if she is not phisically here. Will I have to die to see her again, or she will come back to earth if I keep living for a very long time? Any immortal here who can clarify that? Thanks in advance! IP: Logged |

Linda believed at some point you will be able to visit the other side (one foot on Earth and one foot in heaven). IP: Logged |

Yes but that will require a lot of training I guess. Being able to have a very specific diet, to fast a lot,and to master your sleep or something like that. I guess it takes a long long way to get there. Seems something very far from me now, to think that one day I may be able to leave my body go heaven and come back, when still I have difficulties to be fully concentrated when I meditate. Anyway I know I will get there but... within ages! It makes sense to me that maybe some souls come back to you throught reincarnation. In India families sometimes thinks that ... when a baby is born it may be the soul of the grandma who died recently in the family. I met once a woman who was convinced her grandaughter was her father who passed away. I found that kind of funny, seeing that old man photo and seeing that cute baby girl being suposed to be him... But now I think... why not? Anyway... if someone has any idea about how could I convince my family about the immortality thing... I will be happy to read your ideas! IP: Logged |

Oh no, that would be too ' revolutionary' for them. It would sound too crazy for people who doesnt have any spiritual belief. Pasts lifes, word druids, nunerology... all this is gonna be too much they would just take it as science fiction, and totally drop the idea of immortality. I ll try to start for something smaller like... maybe a book from Brain Weiss. I know he speaks about dead like an amazing thing... but at least he is a doctor who found some ' proves' of the existance of something spiritual. Which may make it look more... scientific for them.

Your grandma may come back into your life. And in order to become immortal you'll go through a process, gradually you will also be able to visit the other side. To begin with, maybe in your dreams. But dreams are real experiences. I wouldn't worry about the meditation thing. You will grow into it eventually. I know how hard it is when you want to save the lives of your loved ones why they won't listen. Don't discourage. Everyone progresses at his or her own individual pace. Have faith. Death is an illusion. You, as an immortal, will be able to stay in contact with the departed. You will also get to know people who already vibrate to the same ideal like you, and you will not stay alone in either case. Regardless, it's important to spread the word. IP: Logged |

Thank you so much for this amazing answer. Its still hard to believe for me now that I may find someone else who believes in that. But I trust I will. Anyway I cant replace my family so I really wish they could stay here too. Somehow your answer really gave me sthrenght to keep trying to get better on meditation and being patient on my process. Are you an immortal? Did you experience this things? IP: Logged |

I am sorry to disappoint you. I am not physically immortal. But I know for a fact it exists. Everybody is already immortal, that's the key to it. Certain people, because of certain conditions, cannot achieve it in their present state. Such is the case with me. Just know you are on your way to achieve it, and you will. I can promise you, without a shade of a doubt, that what Linda talks about in "Star Signs" is real. I have my reasons not just to believe it's true, but to know it. You already possess a degree of illumination by knowing that yourself. You will achieve it eventually. I send you my blessings for a happy eternal life IP: Logged |

Thanks a lot Ayelet! I feel very curious to know which things may stop someone from being immortal or why may not be a good option for everybody. But I guess maybe thats too personal so you dont wanna explain it here. I have a friend who was borned with a sickness and she can walk because her legs didnt develop. Also she has other heavy health problems. I wonder sometimes if maybe for her could be better to get a new body because she has been always dreaming about being able to run to dance to take care of herself... And she deserve that. I believe maybe she could heal herself with the power of her mind but naybe her sickness its too big for it. So maybe for her its not a good option. Anyway... thanks a lot for your encouraging words and lots of blessings for you! IP: Logged |
