How did people react?

😊😊😊its a very simple question, but I am curious.

In my case people thought I was measuring my age by moon calender or something like that😂😂😂 some diferent way to measure it.
When I answered this with serious face.

I have to recognize I am becoming a bit afraid or so afraid of entering like... adulthood. Because I have always seen since I am a kid, adults being kind of unhappy, losing their joy and creativity.

But my grandparents where so joyfull and happy and in love.
So I always thought I wanna be directly a grandma, go from kid to grandma 😂😂

Anyway... I guess you are the only one who makes your own life as you want and you can be a kid or a grandma inside forever if you want and scape all toxic ideas of adulthood like killing your dreams or becomimg 'sensible'.

I just hope society doesnt kill this things in me.

If you have any advice to make fear go away...
That would be nice😊

I already had so many fears when I became 18, feeling I will mutate into a grey disapointed person just worried about politics, but it didnt happen.
Now some years later I have fears again as people around me tells me I have to grow up because they think I am too childish.

Anyway I sustain myself, I travel, I manage to do so many things without help... why shoud it be a problem if I am dreamy or have crazy ideas?
I dont understand. Maybe people wish they could be more free or behave as they want not as they think they should.

Blessings for all of you.

Linda used to respond to people with answers like that! LOL

Nice post, Shulia. *smile*
Don't EVER go grey.. Keep your Happy.

There is a difference between being "child-like" and having a happy inner disposition, and a compassionate view of life.

It's a person who is in-touch with their inner-child, where Life and Creativity springs from. We forget to 'play.'

Where possible, and when appropriate, it is Good to be a person who up-lifts others-- especially when the others around you are feeling down.

(A LOT of people 'need' that right now-- things are just sooo heavy and serious in this world.)

Child-like is different than being childish.
Important to know the difference.
Some people use that word as a derogatory term, and as an opportunity to wound another person's spirit.

Did you ever watch this 1960 movie, called Pollyanna?
(I think you might like this, Shulia… referring to your theme around death in the other active thread right now.)

We need more "Sparklers" in this world, to help Cheer (and Heal) the Human Spirit.

Prov 15:13

Prov 17:22

but a broken-spirit drieth the bones. (KJV)
