Hey people, it seems I have been doing the cell regeneration in the oposite way all this tiiiime!
I thought you had to do the spiral smaller by bringing the star closer to the dobt in the middle of the spiral, moving the spiral to the right.

So now I wanna star doing it in the CORRECT WAY! what about if it did the oposite effect? 😲

Anyway so just to make sure... you dont have to make the spiral smaller you have to UNDO THE SPIRAL, undoimg it to the left. right? Undo it till the age you wanna be.

And I also womder if you have to imagine the cells of every part of your body starting from your head and finishing on your toes,.or you can imagine just one cell and believe its happening all over your body without going to every part of your body.

and... the time you visualize it doesnt matter? is it really enough with 10 minuts or you need at least 30?

I will reaaally aprciate your answer!

Your Higher S-elf k-new your intent. As long as you were spiraling left, you are okay. It can be for just a few seconds. And yes, just one cell for the whole body.
