It actually didn't help the headache that day, but I may not have left it on long enough. (That is, I don't consider the result garnerered from that study to be conclusive.)Last night, though, whoa -
I put it on my forehead (slightly above being directly between my two eyebrows) when I laid down to go to bed.
After a while, I took it off (not being able to get to sleep). Once I did knock off, I had the most vivid, intricate, involved (and long!) dream, of which I now remember a great deal. IP: Logged |

Wow, it sounds like it stimulated your 'third eye'. I have heard of results similar, but you`re the first I heard it directly from. I think I`m going to see if it stimulates my dreams!! Thanks for the input. jnuiperb IP: Logged |

How'd your own experiment go?
 I put it on for a bit last night...
OK, I just had another night of odd, intense, drawn-out...aacch...dreams.
Wow.
If nothing else, I'm going to use this thing every night just for that And, I'm not sure if you'll believe it - eh, doesn't matter if you do, 'cause it's true - but that area that was swollen and sore after that night when I saw auras is tender now, too. IP: Logged |

Absolutely, of course I believe it! Heres what Linda had to say about the energy. (Star Signs) First and formost, the plates will slowly but very surely raise the vibratory frequency of those who use them, and thats of prime importance. Then she goes on to say Some of my friends sleep with the plate tucked into the pillow case (on the bottom side,not the head side) all night. The energy goes thru anything and everything except metal.They awake in the morning with more energy, and feel as if they`ve had a full eight hours sleep, whether they have or not.A few people are unable to raise their vibratory rate in this manner because they`re so sensitive to the energy, they stay awake all night. In any case, the use of the plates should be limited to one or two nights a week, and when it`s important to wake up early the next morning with extra energy for the reason of an importantant meeting or appointment the next day I`m one that can`t sleep with it; it makes me too awake & ready to go  Happy dreamimg! juniperb IP: Logged |

~Juniperb~I actually quit "putting it on" for a while at night; the dreams were just getting *whew*. They've stayed more intense since, then, anyhow. But I've decided to start up again.
I limit it to primarily night-time "use" because...well...I'd look pretty odd walking around with it during the day. I haven't had the clarity of mind lately to really set out to begin any further examinations, aside from a few with headaches.
I've had mixed results on that front, but that may be primarily due to uneven testing techniques. P.S. -

Awesome Proxy!! Are your dreams running in any particular vein? For instance:clairsentience, predictive, clairaudient, subjective or objectice clairvoyance? I haven`t used mine for these purposes, but am going to see how it can be an aid in my automatic writing attempts. I never gave a thought to it inhancing these gifts.... I forgot to add that I`m taking my large one and putting coins on it to multiply my funds for some much needed medications for the four-leggeds. That was a tip in Star Notes!! I will let you know how it went. juniperb IP: Logged |

Nope, they've been standard-issue dreams as far as I can tell, except exceptionally long, detailed, and impactful.
Many have involved that Scorp dude that I have a crush on, that being a large part of the reason that I steered away from using the PP for a while.  re: your experiments IP: Logged |
