Hey everyone its been so long since I have been here, I have my website still although i havent updated it much, and I recently 3 weeks ago started taking traditional tae kwon do, im enjoying it very much. Im learning things that I didnt even know I could do, and I'm learning better ways to use ki. So I return to lindaland after so long, hopefully my return will be a good one. Everyone have a great day
