Measure from yourself from the top of your head to the ground.

Measure yourself from the belly button to the grond.

Divinde the first answer by the second answer, and you should get 1.618...phi.

Oops typos and me ....

it is top of your head to GROUND
then belly button to GROUND
(assuming you are standing I should have mentioned that)

then divide head by belly button = 1.618
(in theory)
