For Christmas, I glued dried rose petals and gold glitter on cards and wrote each person a poem.IP: Logged |

Well, today I argued to get a little extra time off for a co-worker... How are you dear Aphrodite? I've been thinking about you often. Oh...I have to say it. I would argue that all selfless acts are still selfish in nature ('cause I was born to argue!). But that kind of selfish ain't a bad thang... IP: Logged |

Hi Trillian I am doing good. Just chillin' and smiling because the sun is shining. It's a beautiful day here. I'm also planning a roadtrip to Death Valley over Labor Day weekend on a photography mission How are you? *Hugs* Aphrodite IP: Logged |

Trillian, I agree on the point about the selfish nature of the self-less acts. They are both about SELF, right? BTW I saw your new picture with your niece -very cute. Aphrodite, not to hijack your tread but, how come you deleted all of your pictures from the LindaLand photoshop? As for your question - I bought my mom in law a book called: "Honey, I love you but..." so she doesn't take her problems with my FIL too seriously. ------------------ "Know thyself" Inscribed on the temple of Apollo at Delphi IP: Logged |

A, So glad you're well. I'll drop you a line soon. And I'll look forward to the pics from your trip. All is well here, too...just wading through all these Rx planets. Yin, thank you for the compliment...I hope you are doing well and are all blissed out as a honeymooner! IP: Logged |

Well, it's not something I did, but in the seventh grade my Aquarian best friend gave me the best gift I've ever gotten. She handed me a Coca-Cola box, and told me my gift was inside. So I tried ripping it open and such, and finally it comes apart and glitter EXPLODES everywhere! I had glitter all over me, coating my hair, completely covering my bookbag. There were little things she made and a gift card inside too, it was awesome, most creative gift I ever got. That's the day that I realized that I much rather get something someone made than something they bought =D.IP: Logged |
