I know this may not sound like a big deal but it definatly is for me. I have been overweight for 5 years and am the biggest I have ever been and as of last saturday I was 278 pounds. Well Ive been eating a lot less sugar and red meat, lots of veggies and beans...and as of today I am 272 pounds. I lost 6 pounds!!!!

I am so happy, I hope I can keep this up.
