Lol! Offcourse I agree with your points. All but one; One partner has to be bolder. True only in substituation. If one partner ends up making all the key decisions its back to square one of marriage problems; Not enough equal decision making.

Gosh, I didn't get to read your deleted post, but, you know that doesn't really matter, right? I don't know what you're going through, but well, perhaps go outside to a park and get some fresh air, smell the trees and flowers, listen to the birds and bugs would help?

If there's mild sunlight that would be even better.

Take a good shower.

Or take an aroma therapeutic bath.

Make yourself feel refreshed and clean, smell nice and just feeling fantastic- or at least, a lot better.

Put on some music. Don't turn on the radio. Play your own music collection. Leave the rock music and some either loud or angry or depressing ones aside...how about some Gospel music for a change?

Leave the booze, coffee and non-herbal/caffeinated teas, caffeinated/refine sugar sweentened soft drinks on the shelves for now. For the time being, just drink mineral water instead- not purified water as it's pH is 6 or below, which makes it acidic. Drink some fresh, mineral water whose pH is between 7 and slightly above 7.5.

Throw away all the foods in your home that are mainly refined sugar-sweentened carbohydrates and desserts, chocolate (anything good, too much of anything good turns into bad), heavily seasoned foods, like cheese, any deep-fried foods, such as French fries; anything that has to do with American fast food, including pizza; anything made with lots of tomato sauce, ketchup, tobasco, or predominantly tomatoes (meaning too much tomatoes; too much= out-of-balance), overly meaty stuff (not preaching ditching flesh, just talking crisis intervention); if you are not having a problem of binging any specific type of food, than you can disregard this part; however, if you find yourself seeking comfort from a particular food- throw it away.

For now, just for now- stay away from anything, I mean, anything that alters the state of consciousness (not preaching against certain substances, again, I'm talking about temporary crisis intervention)- make sure your state of consciousness is absolutely unaltered by any external stimuli; make sure you get lots of fresh air, go to places with sunlight; go to places where you can get more sunlight; go for a walk in a mountain during the day, do not go for a walk in the woods etc at night; go to the beach if possible, during the day, of course; go somewhere you can get close to nature and the wilderness, get out of the indoor for now; go to bed before midnight, wake up around the sunrise.

I'm not joking.

Gosh, I'm being way too nosy! Sorry!
