quote:
"Ankylosing Spondylitis"
starts out with little pain and one can play and be very normal for many years doing work and all the other things healthy people can do, But as it progresses it can totally disable and even kill.

Not done yet, but was working on a Lexigram for:
Ankylosing Spondylitis
Which has these exact letters.
ADGIIIKLLNNNOOPSSSTYY

The following sentences can be made using only the words that can be
made from the letters in the words
"Ankylosing Spondylitis"

***Still lying in pain.

***Play! Playing is good!

***Playing in pain.

***Pain is not good.

***Standing is a pain too.

***Stop pain!

***Agility is a no go.

***Playing at no pain in pain.

***No pain, no gain? Not in Ankylosing Spondylitis!

***I say yay! "At last!" to a good long lasting painkilling pill!

***I said, I insist on a long lasting no pain pill!

***I also say AS is "Ankylosing Spondylitis; and
it displays its long old pain in sadly stooping positions;
and is not at all tall standing.

PS. Just quick off the cuff lines;
so forgive the lack of them being poetic or grammatically better.

You never heard of Ankylosing Spondylitis?
Most folks, even many doctors mistake it for being Arthritis and such.
Then there are several other related conditions.
Oh most folks just call it A.S.

You;re welcome!
Illnesses sure have some crazy names!
Not that I like having them of course;
but oh my the long serious sounding names!
Some are:
Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP)

Acute inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (AIDP)

Multiple Drug Hypersensitivity Syndrome (MDHS)

LOL!
Not going to Lexigram those beasties!

Not surprised.
Many of the things that I am afflicted with are listed in the NORD list of rare diseases etc.
http://rarediseases.org/for-patients-and-families/information-resources/rare-disease-information/

Some 80 pages of them on the list!

My first attempt to lexigram words " Ankylosing Spondilitis ".

ADGIIIKLLNNNOOPSSSTYY
DNA list kissing NYY loop

Pool or loop

DNA list kissing NYY pool

My interpretation is :
NYY is a european power cable and the cables made up of bare copper wire conductors wrapped in PVC insulator and a PVC based outer sheath .

My be one needs to make sure they get enough copper ?Copper needed to support lysyl oxidase enzyme which is used in synthesizing and maintaining bones and connective tissues.

Interesting.
Okay, a long reply.
You got my mind going in many different directions!
Also I think you re referring to "Lysine", mpt lysyl?
quote:
Lysine (symbol Lys or K), encoded by the codons AAA and AAG, is an α-amino acid that is used in the biosynthesis of proteins...

Your sequence is correct for Ankylosing Spondylitis.
Howver you used an "I" instead of a "Y" in your spelling.
However since your sequence is correct it is fine.
The acronym PVC means:
Polyvinyl chloride.
Idealiy when Lexgramming; one should avoid using acronyms and or abbreiations.
Since the full meaning of PVC is:
Polyvinyl chloride
sequence:
CDEHIILLLNOOPRVYY;
which cannot be found within the letter sequence of the name:
Ankylosing Spondylitis
ADGIIIKLLNNNOOPSSSTYY;
technically PVC is not a valid word for Lexigramming;
because the name being Lexigrammed does not have the letters to form the words:
Polyvinyl chloride.
To complicate matters;
I cannot find the words that NYY represent.
For example:
An abbeviation used in lieu of the full word(s)
will usually imbue incorrect meaning to the resulting Lexigramming attempt.
This is especially true when the abbreviation or acronym is comprised of 4 or fewer leters.
If one were to have the Acronym A.I.D.S. found within the letters of their name;
It would generally carry little to no meaning unless they could actually spell out from the letter sequence of their name;
the phrase represented by the acronym A.I.D.S.;
which is:
Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome.
To continue with your Lexigramming attempt:
Your creation is:
quote:
DNA list kissing NYY loop (or pool)

Okay;
DNA stands for:
deoxyribonucleic acid.
sequence:
ABCCCDDEEIIILNOORUXY
Obviously that full name cannot not be found within the letter seqeunce of
Ankylosing Spondylitis
ADGIIIKLLNNNOOPSSSTYY.
So technically your creation is correct letter sequence wise;
when using acronyms;
which are generally not valid to use as comple words when Leaxigramming
There are ofcourse; rare eceptions;
such as if simply having fun and not striving for accuracy of meaning that only exists when not using acronyms and or abbreviations.
The othr exception is when the acronym has become the most common form used in lieu of the complete word(s)
Such as business or company logos; NASA; or GE and so forth.
At the moment I shall consider CPC, DNA, and NYY as being the commonly used forms instead of the complete word(s).
So yes your creation can be called a perfect sequence based Lexigram!
However; it cannot be called a perfect complete word and sequence based Lexigram.
Also generally Lexigrams are done in upper case letters;
such as: "DNA list kissing NYY loop" or pool.
being wirtten in this manner:
DNA LIST KISSING NYY LOOP/POOL
As to your interpretation;
Interesting;
however;
what you describe sounds more like any form of a Image result for demyelinationwww.healthline.com
demyelinating disease like MS/Multiple Sclerosis; or other forms of neurological conditions;
and not a bone, tendon, muscle condition.
quote:
Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is a type of arthritis in which there is long term inflammation of the joints of the spine.

As to what you have described using electrical cables and frayed/damaged PVC wiring sheaths;
that would be more like this:
quote:
A demyelinating disease is any condition that results in damage to the protective covering (myelin sheath) that surrounds nerve fibers in your brain, optic nerves and spinal cord. When the myelin sheath is damaged, nerve impulses slow or even stop, causing neurological problems.

As to Copper.
That is a factor that is bad when there is too much copper as in Ankylosing spondylitis patients.
quote:
the elevation of serum and urine copper levels in inflammatory rheumatoid diseases can be considered as an acute phase response
.
On the other hand:
Demyination diseases can be limked possibly to having a Copper deficiency.
quote:
deficient levels of copper cause damage to this protective coating. One way to study myelin degeneration is to feed a toxin called cuprizone to mice, which promotes the development of MS. Cuprizone binds to copper, and researchers think that very action is toxic, causing copper levels to fall which, possibly, leads to myelin loss.

So your analysis is not medically mirrored by your PVC coated copper cables examples.
Interesting segue though.
Made me think.

Thank you so much for your enthusiasm!
I will try and get back more often to help you with Lexigramming!
Would you like me to post some lists of words found within you birth and also your married name?
Do you mind if they are English words? Do you want French or Russian or Georgian words?
I can give you English words and Lexigram usung them.
I can give you your words in other languages; but I would not be able to work with as fast. I can; it requires a lot of translating and working out the syntax.
Would you like to see a more complete word list for "Ankylosing Spondylitis"?

PS.
If you are simply having fun and seguing;
go ahead and use abbreviations and acronyms.
simply remember using them may render your creation as not technically a letter/word perfect Lexigram;
but only a letter perfect creation.
Use of abbreviations and acronyms in a Lexigramming attempt; means that one should not take the inferred or implied meanings from the resulting creation;as seriously as when one can use the complete words when available.
I hope that made sense
