I was intending to Lexigram Buzz Aldrin's name, but came across his mother's name and saw it yielded some intriguing phrases.
See the relevant background information after
the Lexigram of her name.

Marion Gladys Moon Aldrin

Now for the Lexigram with background

information in quotes.

Marion Gladys Moon Aldrin

MY ONLY SON IS NO LIAR!
NOR IS MY SON A LOONY!
NOR IS MOON LANDING IMAGINARY!

MY DARLING, DARING SON,
AN AIRMAN,

quote:
Buzz Aldrin (born Edwin Eugene

Aldrin, Jr., January 20, 1930 in Glen

Ridge, New Jersey) is an American

aviator and astronaut, who was the

Lunar Module Pilot on Apollo 11, the

first lunar landing. He was the

second person to set foot on the

Moon, after Mission Commander Neil

Armstrong.

A MORAL MAN,
AND ALSO A MILD MAN,
DID LAND ON MOON!
ON GRAY MOON SOIL,
A DAY ON MOON MY SON DID!
MY SON RAN ON MOON!
MY SON DID DIG ON MOON!

quote:
Six hours after landing at

4:17 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (with

less than 30 seconds of fuel

remaining), Neil A. Armstrong took

the “Small Step” into our greater

future when he stepped off the Lunar

Module, named “Eagle,” onto the

surface of the Moon, from which he

could look up and see Earth in the

heavens as no one had done before

him.

He was shortly joined by “Buzz”

Aldrin, and the two astronauts spent

21 hours on the lunar surface and

returned 46 pounds of lunar rocks.

MY DAD IS NO LAYMAN.

quote:
Buzz Aldrin was born in

Montclair, New Jersey on January 20,

1930.
His mother, Marion Gladdys Moon, was

the daughter of an Army Chaplain.
NOR IS MY ONLY SON A LAYMAN.
MY SON IS A GODLY SON!

quote:
Aldrin: After we landed on the

moon, without making a big

announcement about it, I served

myself communion because I was an

elder in the Protestant church.

MY SON, ON RISING,
ON SOL DAY,
MY GOOD SON,
A GODLY SON,
ON SOL DAY MORNING
SAID ON RADIO,
"NO NOISY",
AND DID,
AS A SOLO GODLY MAN
AN ORIGINAL GLORY
ON MOON,
ON GOD'S ONLY SON,
ON MARY MADONNA'S SON.

A SMALL GRAIL,
A LORD GOD GLORY ORALLY
MY SON DID ON MOON!
ON SOL DAY,
ON GOD'S DAY.

quote:
Aldrin had brought with him a

tiny communion kit, given him by his

church,
that had a silver chalice and wine

vial about the size of the tip of his

finger.
During the morning he

radioed, "Houston, this is Eagle.

This is the LM pilot speaking.
I would like to request a few

moments of silence.
I would like to invite each person

listening in, whoever or wherever he

may be,
to contemplate for a moment the

events of the last few hours, and to

give thanks in his own individual

way."
"In the radio blackout," he wrote

later, "I opened the little plastic

packages which contained the bread

and the wine.
I poured the wine into the

chalice our church had given me.
In the one-sixth gravity of the moon,

the wine slowly curled and gracefully

came up the side of the cup.
Then I read the Scripture, 'I am the

vine, you are the branches. Whosoever

abides in me will bring forth much

fruit.'
I had intended to read my communion

passage back to earth,
but at the last minute Deke Slayton

had requested that I not do this.
NASA was already embroiled in a legal

battle with Madelyn Murray O'Hare,

the celebrated opponent of religion,
over the Apollo 8 crew reading from

Genesis while orbiting the moon at

Christmas.
I agreed reluctantly..." "Eagle's

metal body creaked. I ate the tiny

Host and swallowed the wine.
I gave thanks for the intelligence

and spirit that had brought two young

pilots to the Sea of Tranquility.
It was interesting for me to think:

the very first liquid ever poured on

the moon,
and the very first food eaten there,

were the communion

elements."
ALAS,
SADLY,
MANY A MAN DID DISDAIN MY SON,

quote:
he recieved ridicule once his

communion was made public

SAYING MY SON IS
A LOONY,
AN ODD MAD MAN,

quote:
The UFO and Apollo hoax

allegations

In 2005, while being interviewed for

a documentary titled First on the

Moon: The Untold Story, Aldrin told

an interviewer that they saw an

unidentified flying object.

quote:
On September 9, 2002,

filmmaker Bart Sibrel, a proponent of

the Apollo moon landing hoax

theory, confronted Aldrin outside

a Beverly Hills, California hotel.

Sibrel called Aldrin "a coward, a

liar, and a thief," saying "You're

the one who said you walked on the

moon and you didn't". Aldrin

punched Sibrel in the face. Beverly

Hills police and the city's

prosecutor declined to file charges.

Sibrel suffered no permanent

injuries.

quote:
Buzz Aldrin was called a liar

by those who believe the moon landing

was a hoax. He was also ridiculed for

claiming to have seen a UFO whilst

orbiting the moon.
More controversy about his being a

Christian and the communion he took

on the moon also ensued.

A DOGMAS' MAN,
IN DOING GLADLY
A GLORY ON GOD
AND GOD'S SON.
IN DOING A ROSARY..
AND SAYING,
A DOMINO GLORIOSO
ON MOON.

quote:
Aldrin is a Presbyterian, and

is known for his statements about

God.

NOR IS MY SON A GLORY ID MAN!

quote:
Much has been said about

Aldrin's desire at the time to be the

first astronaut to walk on the moon.

[6] Differing NASA accounts have it

that he had originally been proposed

as the first, but the configuration

of the lunar module was changed, or

that protocol demanded that the

commander (Armstrong) be the first.

(In addition, in a March 1969 meeting

between senior NASA personnel Deke

Slayton, George Low, Bob Gilruth, and

Chris Kraft, it was suggested that

Armstrong be the first partly because

Armstrong was seen as not having a

large ego.)

ADORINGLY, ADMIRINGLY,
I MAY ADD,
MY SON IS NO DISMAY.
MY SON IS ALSO A MASON.

quote:
Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin - Apollo

11 - First Mason on the Moon

On July 20th, 1969 Aldrin followed

Armstrong down the ladder to be the

second man on the moon because he was

farthest from the door of the Lunar

Module "Eagle". Aldrin was a member

of Montclair Lodge No. 144 of New

Jersey EDSEL

MY ONLY SON DID GO,
AND LAND ON MOON!
A DAY ON MOON MY SON DID!

Excellent Lexxie!!!! Always loved Buzz Aldrin, and naturally would love his mother to, lucky for him what he saw when he went near the moon, and was always the 'subject' of my compositions when i was very little, and asked to write about someone i admire (but then it was a tie between him and Jules Verne, later on....Neil Armstrong, i thought already gets all the attention when it came to the moon landing lol, so Buzz Aldrin was 'my man')

Thanks for this lexigram, going to go read it again, to see all the clues in it.

A SHORT BUT REVEALING ONE FOR NOW!

Astronaut Neil Alden Armstrong
(OR
"Commander Neil Armstrong")

MAN GOES TO MOON AND AS ONE MAN ALONE, ARMSTRONG TREAD ON IT AT MOON LANDING SITE AS AN "EAGLE" SET MEN ON MOON.

UPDATE!
Another version:

THE APOLLO COMMANDER NEIL ALDEN ARMSTRONG
(OR...THE APOLLO ELEVEN COMMANDER NEIL ALDEN ARMSTRONG, however eleven is not needed for this Lexigram)

"THE EAGLE HAS LANDED!"
MAN GOES TO MOON.
THREE SPACEMEN GO TO MOON,
AND AS ONE MAN ALONE,
ARMSTRONG TREAD ON IT AT
MOON LANDING SITE,
AS AN EAGLE LANDED
AND SET MEN ON MOON,
APOLLO COMMANDER
NEIL ARMSTRONG,
SAID ALMOST THIS:

"ONE LONE MAN'S SMALL STEP IS
ONE GIANT LEAP
TO ALL MEN ON PLANET TERRA"

ARMSTRONG IS ALSO A LEO
AND AN OHIOAN MAN.
ARMSTRONG IS ALSO RETIRED.

The phrase he actually said was:
"That's one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind"

Which is almost found from the phrase:
THE APOLLO COMMANDER NEIL ALDEN ARMSTRONG.

"That's one small step (f)or a man, one giant leap (f)or man(k)ind"

cool with the last phrase. but also makes sense without the f.

u know the story with the claimed 'santa clause' line, when they got near the moon?....he could have seen something, and for steps, there is a psychic from the last century that said there are stairs/steps (it was all written in a very strange form of spanish) on the moon that one day will reveal their secret to mankind

so it makes sense both ways, with the letter f and without it.

Excellent work btw!! am so glad and thankful you did this lexigram Lexxie,
Very interesting stuff!

Wow, that's really neat!

I didn't know a lot of this.

If he was a Mason, are you sure it was from his Church?

Cause it sounds an awful lot like one of those packs that the Masons carry.

I'm sooo glad you bumped this. I was going to do so if you hadn't.

During The Moon Landing I was 14 years old, and watched it alone with my Father. [ADD 7/24: He had Sun-Partile-Jupiter in early Scorpio, in MY 11th House]. I felt inspired by the event, yes. But I was marked and impressed more by my own Father's response. I remember how enthralled he was to see it happen! He vowed to quit smoking that very day, and always said his quit-day was the day that Man Walked on the Moon.

He spent his lifetime (32++years) in the military, serving as a civilian in the Air Force, and Air National Guards. He flew as a mechanic-technician on cargo missions to Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, and South East Asia. My father passed-away a handful of years ago (we were estranged). His buddies told stories about how he made bonds and friendships with the locals wherever he went (especially with children). They said he played a part in the positive impact in diplomatic issues in the regions. In my heart I aspired to be like that, to have healing friendly contacts wherever I went, no matter how small the room or big the Universe...

When I take long looks at the Moon, I often pray. I think about people all over the World who look up at the same Common Orb of Light. I think about History, and about all the people who have ever been on the Earth. And my heart fills with weeping and Wonder for all the things we have seen and Lived. I imagine and wonder at the things we can achieve for Ourselves when we aspire to reach Common goals. United human race of people... United Nations of People working towards making miracles, drawing them out from the ethers, absorbing and feeding upon the mysteries encompassed.

^ {{{Great Love + Hugs}}} to you, Lexxigramer!

I remember how important your Grandmother was to you, Lexxi-- {{ }} NOW, "We" have graduated and become the Grandmothers to a World-at-Large.

(music) Teach me Grandmother (solo Jeanette Cheeks, original song by Leah NightWolf) [1:22] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wddLeujojOU

We were "14 yrs old" back then (in 1969). Now, we enter into the 'GrandMother Age'... These are times of transformation and Initiation into Elderhood (for us). We've been crossing a new portal.

We've both experienced much harshness and catastrophe in our lives. Somewhere in the ash-heaps and pieces left behind from this life's grinding, milling process, I hope for renewal. My deepest fervent wish is that we rise, and find ourselves with perhaps new extremely clear second-sight. I hope we discover, own, and Believe the very Best that had remained dormant inside of us. There's a Timing to everything... Sometimes we don't realize we already Have, what Other's see had been there all along-- waited to be developed, and further-refined by Time and circumstance.

"The Moon" has been referred to as "GrandMother Moon"... I like that very much! Here are some Cheers to Us, my Beloved Fellow 'Crone'--- Let's Dance!

(music) Grandmother Moon (ritual dance song, Flight of the Hawk) [6:49] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WxMsO_oDG0s
