How about this one?

LONG AN HEIR, THE KING STOOD NEAR THRONE TIL HER DEATH

I can't think of a synonym for MOM or MOTHER or QUEEN that fits the letter sequence. Any ideas?

I assume you mean Prince Charles,
the future king/heir to the throne?
And "her" refers to his mother the Queen?

The Queen could be referred to as;
She, the leader/head of England
til her death
Then her sole son
long her heir to the throne
stood near her at her death
and once coronated to then
sit on the throne
as the third King Charles of England
