I tried this is a experiment. The onions were growing green tops so I planted them. They are amazing. They are growing like plumes of onion greens that you can keep clipping.

I have to give the credit to Padre who started me on the garlic which I have planted and have garlic greens.

I need to plant more, too.

Really, the abundance of nature is so beautiful that a garden is truly a spiritual experience !

Sometimes the compost heap becomes a veritable plethora of tuberous vegetation...

We've also had some really nice pumpkin vines as I recall...
