This is my next edible weed to try. It is supposed to taste just like spinach. It is gorgeous with a bright blue flower and yellow stamen.

You can garnish food with the flower.

There are Meetup hikes for identifying invasive species where they encourage you to pull them up in the springtime when you are hiking the trails. It would be great to know which ones are edible.
