Wasn't that fun, and haven't you found You can do it again, the other way 'round? Now that we know how many degrees, Must be accounted for nice as you please Here come astrologers, what do they say? Divide the degrees in precisely this way. Take thirty degrees for each of the signs It makes a nice wheel divided by lines. Chris Angelino IP: Logged |

I'm doing LMB's North Node reading on this thread, so she will be notified there was a reply (if she checked the little notification box when she posted it). This is a great combination. The 2nd House is ruled by Taurus. In your last Life, you were very Spiritual. Now, it is your time to be more practical and materialistic. You are here to enjoy Life to the fullest (a Lesson not easily learned). You should focus on wealth, comforts, arts, and collections. You make a great employee, but are much happier being your own boss. You need security in work, and the challenge of that security damages your esteem. The Taurus in you needs stability, but you also need to realize that security can be anywhere at anytime. You can make your own security if you will take a few risks to chase after your dreams. You should surround your S-elf with luxury, beauty, and extras--and these take money. Do not be afraid to attain money, because it's in your stars! Libra grants you the need to compromise with your Loved One. In your last Life, you were a bit selfish in the Love department, and your Soul has now agreed to make concessions (sometimes too many of them). To resist Love and marriage brings unhappiness and depression. You are only truly happy when sharing your Heart with some One who understands and accepts you. Still, you should be very careful of whom you marry, for you can be taken advantage of. Partnerships are highly favored. A partner can help put you in business, once you find the right idea. I find it interesting that many of our Members are in the same North Node groupings! Strange! Perhaps, we are Members of the same Karmic families? ------------------ Consider the circle, measure it please, All its three hundred and sixty degrees. Lyndel hasn't forgotten. She's very busy with her family (and a new baby is also on the way). I'm sort of in the same busy boat. When the board was small, I could keep up with interpretations, but now it is so huge (and adding Members daily) that I can't give personal readings any longer. But I will respond to yours shortly. Hi, Aphrodite! I'm not sure how much I can write about today, but at least I can give a foundation. There are basic interpretations to the Nodes (by Sign characteristics), but I often add to that and personalize by intuition. NN in Virgo indicates that you should seek fulfillment in the pursuit of knowledge and/or information, with an emphasis on attention to detail. In your last Life you were too dreamy and idealistic. You were religious and/or Spiritual, but often to the detriment of day-to-day activities. So, in this Life, you chose to deal more with the mundane, the practical, and the necessities of Life. That is not at all as boring as it may sound. Mental discipline is important, and you should seek perfection (or as close as you can get to it) in your accomplishments. You are here to focus on self-improvement, progress, and development of your innate talents--many of which may be metaphysical in nature. You should always be cautious, picky, and discriminating in your activities. Leave idealism and philosophy to the dreamers. You are here for concrete fulfillment of physical (realistic) goals that solve problems and overcome obstacles. Occupations that allow you to desseminate information, analyze, investigate, and evaluate are favored. Giving to others in a practical way will lead to happiness, but steer clear of profound sacrifices. You sacrificed much in your last Life (SN in Pisces), and now you should leave major sacrifices to others. You should focus on health, healing, and quality of your food, including exercise. This NN Placement is very harmonious with the 3rd House (ruled by Gemini). This reinforces your need to stay away from the dogma that surrounded you in your last Life. It indicates that you are here to pursue the facts. You should nurture skepticism and find Truth by way of logic and reasoning. Not the best Placement for intuition, which I find fascinating, since you are VERY intuitive in your astrological work! I'd like to hear what you think of that! Just more proof that our charts are very much affected by Free-will and the choices we make. You learn best through practical experience and not from Teachers (though you may have been very influenced by a few of them). ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Aphrodite, I almost didn't tell you this, but I might as well. I got a very strong feeling that you were a monk in your last Life. ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." hi randall, thank you very much for looking into my nodes. it makes sense, and in actuality before i learned about astrology, i had always been very precise and organized in school. i remember a friend writing on the back of a high school picture, "To my scientific friend . . . " LOL. i had to develop the intuition part. this is something i was not particularly pre-disposed to. there are some things in my chart that i want to overcome, so i thought anger-management and building intuition were good places to start "You learn best through practical experience and not from Teachers (though you may have been very influenced by a few of them)." yes. even if something is an abstract theory, i make an effort to manifest it into a practical reality. an odd thing really, but it works must be the magick of number 19. auriel has been a fantastic teacher there was also one teacher in college who had been very influential too. but for the most part, i approach lessons and ideas in the mode of "is this workable?" hmm, monk. LOL. auriel said something about may be me learning about Tibet in another life. so i suppose you both are on a similar wavelenghth i don't know right now if this is the case. i may find out someday. aphrodite IP: Logged |

Aphrodite, I think it's utterly fantastic that in a Lifetime where your Soul is trying to balance the overzealous religious tenets expressed in your last Life with more rational thought and skepticism, you find your way to Astrology and still manage to unveil your intuition for an almost perfect balance of Spirituality and scientific reasoning. AWESOME! ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." dear Randall,I have my NN in Virgo as well and therefore SN in pisces; once I asked a kind girl what my soul purpose might be for I feared going the wrong way, and she came up almost with the same advice, which was partly incredible for me: to give up being a dreamer, focus on facts and... The strange thing (=fate ) is that I was somehow ever then forced towards the way u recommended to Aphrodite. Though I dont stick to materialistic matters, though i despise financials (my) life objects it necessity in a very brutal mode, recurrently - oh dear, I know that almost everyone has existential problems, but it was quite a hard time for a 14yearaged LeoGirl to organize abroads a fireside with some food to my LeoBroz and CapSister while PiscMum and CancDad decided to go underwater or just watch - goodwillingly - the water going "overhead" (these dear watery signs). Nono, dont want to complain (anymore). It's just incredible how everything gets a reason, in the end. And now am looking forward to become a lawyer, a good-hearted one (no advocat's-contract with the devil, I promise)! Unfortunately this NN in Pisces and my 12th house stellium convulse my belief of going the right way again and again by giving me the ability to go under the skin, of my future co-workers and get sad - and still the flame(option) of an other-being exists and seeks nourishment, elsewhere. Randall, to go on stage, to unleash those uncountable collected and detailledly delved natures/characters/masks and scream out or whisper their own infinitesimally momentous stories - does this go with a NN in the 1st and Saturn conj?
