Read about the Pisces North Node and the Capricorn North Node elsewhere on this site (perhaps doing a search), and I will give you some brief insight about some of the rest of the Placements in a short while.

Randall~

I loved Your post on Capricorn North Nodes, it was very good... and even more interesting. I wonder the significance of my own empty 12th house with my north node there with the Pisces influence, etc...

I have another question... can a Soul, in life, take a *wrong* path, exactly? In reading about houses and planets I wondered, as far as *career* goes, if I did??? The only career I ever had was being a Mother... But I loved it... ...sigh... it's all so confusing for me - understanding all the different aspects and influences in our natal charts and putting it all together in one *picture* as you do so aptly... it's amazing, your gift

The empty 12th is amplified by your Nodal Placement there (as the Node is not a Planet but is placed in the 12th for Neptune's influence). I have written much here somewhere about the empty 12th. As for your question, NO, there are no wrong Paths. Every choice you made played an integral role in making you who you are today. As such, you should have NO regrets at all.

I have so much to do, but I will try to get briefly to your chart this week-end. Things are very hectic lately.

Being a mother includes so many jobs: personal dresser, chef, chauffeur, diplomat, psychologist, teacher, doctor, nutritionist, cleaner...so many skills! It's probably the most useful job one can do!

Hi Marigold~

I totally agree with you, and if we stacked up the time and devotion required for the job (24/7 for years on end), it would tower over any other

I have no regrets whatever - being a wife and Mom is the only thing I ever wanted to be; I just wish I had had the use of the only guide book we are *born* with - natal charts! At least the book Love Signs?

Randall, I will go hunt down your posts about empty 12th houses - thanks for the tip

Empty Houses are deserving of a book all their own. Just because a House is empty doesn't mean that the Lessons of that House are already learned, but an empty 12th has a very special meaning that has only recently come to Light. Basically, it could indicate that this is your last Life. You have balanced enough Karma to finish up business in One last incarnation. You also could be here to rescue a Twin. Or to become Immortal. Most people with this in their charts actually feel just the opposite! GURUs seldom have an empty 12th! The people they teach often are more advanced than they are, but the GURU is here to act as a conduit for re-MEMBERing. The GURU is just more in tuned.

Hi Randall~

I have read much of what you have posted here about the empty 12th house - very interesting. I guess the uni-Verse will tell me eventually what this means in my own life path, and things in my chart that would help me to understand me as well

Thanks for your time

Well, let me see what stands out in that chart of yours. The Leo Moon makes you a dramatic person who likes the spotlight. You have a need to be appreciated and admired that you may not consciously be aware of. You thrive on romance and affection as well. But your flair for dramatics is tempered with your drive for self-improvement, so it makes for a very pleasant personality (albeit granting a certain stubbornness at times). In the 7th House, the Moon indicates a propensity to marry for emotional security. It makes you sensitive to the emotions of others. It also gives you strong business ability (which goes along well with your Cappy North Node). You are likely to have many dealings with the public once you settle on a business that suits you (late in Life).

Mercury in Sag is in the Sign of its detriment. This isn't bad, but it changes the role of Mercury somewhat. It makes you concerned with all forms of social thought (religion, law, philosophy, and higher education if the opportunity was available to the individual--if not, the individual will be self-taught). It is a Placement of true intelligence. If the person does not amass degrees, at least people will think they have. Needless to say, these people make great writers. With this Placement, you tend to say exactly what you think. If somebody doesn't want to hear your opinion, then they shouldn't ask! You are very big on Truth and honesty. This position also confers respect from the community. In the 10th House, Mercury gives the ability to communicate well with people of great prestige and power. Many with this position become speech writers. It also grants executive and corporate ability. It gives you brilliant ideas and makes you ideal for media, publishing, writing, teaching, lecturing, and anything where you must communicate with the public in some way. If you are afraid of public speaking, you should join your local Toastmaster's Club and get over it. You are destined for a prominent position in the public eye--either in politics (behind the scenes), the corporate world, as a private business owner, or in a very visual career.

Venus in Sag confers Spiritual ideals. Some astrologers think that each Sign is a reaction against the Sign preceeding it. This is clearly the case with Venus. In Scorpio, the person is secretive and sometimes a bit calculating. In Sag, it makes you open and honest about your inner feelings. This grants a Love of travel, and later in Life they usually travel the globe. The women generally choose romances with men of extravagant and gallant romantic appeal (there's that sense of drama again). It also gives a lavish taste in art and decor (if the natives can afford it--if not, they still have an appreciation for flamboyant displays of color and form, classical forms of beauty, and grand music. Their homes often look like palatial mansions on the inside (if they can afford it). Their children are usually well-groomed as well. In the 10th House, Venus confers social ambition and also artistic ambition. They often have artistic talent. You easily make friends with employers and people in power. This also grants much success in all dealings with the opposite sex. I have found that many people with this Placement marry into wealth.

Mars in Scorpio indicates powerful emotions and desires. It gives great courage and a tenacity for success. It can lead to the greatest heights of Spiritual achievement if not abused. These people are absolutely fearless. This also confers a bluntness in speech (consistent with much of the rest of your chart). You should be careful not to hurt the feelings of others. Apparently, from what I can tell, you have already learned the Lesson of tactfullness quite well. In the 8th House, Mars is VERY powerful, because this is the House Ruled by Mars, which corresponds to Scorpio. I envy you for this position! There is nothing you can't accomplish. You are a natural with the occult, are very psychic, and are fascinated with Life after death. This grants a tremendously powerful sex drive, and many Wiccans interested in sex magic have this Placement.

Jupiter in Gemini is similar to your Mercury vibrations. It makes you a natural for publishing, writing, lecturing, careers focused on travel, and any communication industry. Many mail order and importing business owners have this Placement as well. It makes you open to philosophical thought and new ideas. Many with this Placement have no formal education, but they are considered by those they meet to be quite intellectually advanced. It grants a broad ability to understand a great many disciplines. It confers great comprehension. The natives can learn just about anything IF they can control their restless nature. Their mental restlessness usually has then dabbling about in many different things without focusing on a single objective. Jupiter is in its Sign of detriment, so this confers book knowledge without actual experience. You have other Placements that make you persistent, so the flighty nature of Gemini doesn't adversely affect your chances for success. In fact, in the 4th House, Jupiter is accidently exalted due to this House corresponding to Cancer, so this means you will have tremendous good fortune in the latter half of Life. Many with this Placement inherit land and other property from family members. It grants much luck from the place of birth.

Saturn in Scorpio confers great responsibility in matters related to finances--like taxes, insurance, and the property of others. You are easily trusted. You are also a perfectionist in your work (even more so than Virgo Risings like my S-elf). Saturn grants you a tenacity to achieve your ambitions. In the 8th House, Saturn creates financial hardships to develop a sense of justice in the individual. They usually have great ideas but can't put them into use due to a lack of capital. This usually changes later in Life. Even if poor, money can be made through the clever management of others' finances.

Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto are more generational in their influences. Uranus in Cancer represents people who seek freedom and excitement through emotional expression. They have untraditional ideas about home and family Life and usually have a certain unusual quality apparent with their homes. This confers great psychic sensitivity and intuition. The Uranus in Cancer generation ran from June 1949 to June 1956, and many of these people bring unconventional occult practices into the home--wehether it's astrology, Tarot, or some other practice. Their children often say very calmly to their schoolmates, "That's just the way my mom (or dad) is." It's no big deal to them. Spirituality is always a part of a Uranus in Cancer home. In the 6th House indicates that the natives have a strong interest in unusual forms of Healing. They are also scientifically inclined and computer literate. They do not like routine and may quit a job at the drop of a hat if the relationships at work are not harmonious.

Neptune in Libra gives the postwar generation an intuitive awareness of social relationships. In the 8th House, it confers strong psychic tendencies that include mediumship. They can tune into those who have passed over with a little trust in what they are feeling. They obtain information from Higher realms. You should be careful to stay away from black magic and the enticement of using your psychic abilities for personal or selfish gain.

Pluto in Leo is a generation of leadership and expression of energy (evidenced by the discovery of atomic power). In the 7th House, this indicates people who chose to be significantly altered by a marriage, relationship, or partnership of some type. They attract domineering people until they develop the insight into others that such relationships confer. Then they move on to become great judges of character and can see right through to the motives of others. As such, they make good psychologists, lawyers, or judges.

The overall picture I get is this: Much heartache and difficulties in early Life. This is a learning period. In the second half of Life, I see much good fortune, financial success (indicated by many of your Placements), and a reaping of the rewards that come into fruition. You are, after all, a 23! Nothing can beat the 23 (except maybe a 19)! But you did choose to face some of your squares and oppositions (not sure how many you have, because I didn't pull your chart or interpret any Aspects) early on to prepare you for the second phase of Life. Without the early difficulties, you would not have the experience to take advantage of the good things that are mapped out later in Life.

Even without checking any transits, it's clear that good fortune will be the catch phrase for the next phase of your Life. You've earned it.

Depends on a lot of factors. I like all of them. Probably a toss up between purple and olive green, but in clothing, I prefer white.
