Without having the specific degrees, it is a bit difficult to say for certain. Essentially, Jupiter will be transiting the 11th house and either sextiling, quintiling or semi squaring the Venus/Jupiter conjunction in the 9th house. This will be a good time to be social and manifesting goals or wishes. Although not quite as powerful as major aspects. Sextiles are usually mild in their influence.

Aquarius Moon in the 4th would make your home environment progressive, original, but with the Leo fondness of glamor and Libra Rising would want it all orderly. Now that is the physical part. On the inner self, it can show that your emotional and security needs are met via Aquarian ideals such as independence or progressive altruistic feelings which are expressed through your roots, your very foundation or intimate ties.
And of course, Leo Sun would have to be upfront, open, honest, with communication of emotions and Libra Rising will assure that the truth is told with diplomacy.

I know my Chiron's in Taurus and that it forms a big fat Fixed Grand Cross with my Sun, Moon and Uranus ( bet you feel lucky now, Starlover! ) so it can't be more than 12 deg.

Jupiter is conjuncting your Sun right now and the Magi call this a Wisdom transit. During this cycle around Sept 9, your judgement will be at it's best. This is a good time to reassess your life and make important life decisions. It would be a good idea to write your ideas and inspirations down to review later, just so you don't forget them.

Jupiter will be squaring your Chiron around August 28. This will be more helpful than harmful, as Jupiter is so beneficial it is rarely the sign of a problem. Although, this is not a good time to make a major step in the romance department.
