Oh, I hope you enjoy the Magi astrology book. If it is the one about Love and Money, I think you will. The other one, Astrology Really Works is also interesting, but it doesn't give as much explanation as the former.

About your question regarding natal, transit and progressed. Using the transit and progression is a technique of prediction, to see what events will affect you. You have your natal chart which is your very special soul imprint. Well, the progression is your natal planets moving ahead, most use a day for a year type of progression. This means the day after your day of birth will be your first year's progression and so on.

Your natal chart shows your character, the progressions and transits will show trends and events. Usually, this is done in a three wheel format, with the natal in the center, the progressed in the middle and the transit in the outer wheel. Progressions are usually tame until a transit sets them off. Also, transits alone, can be very helpful and the Magi are very big on transits to the natal. It is the geometry of the aspects that trigger the events.

Thanks so much for the information , it is just that. I can’t remember if my friend told me or if I read it in a book that when analyzing a person chart everything needs to be looked at, the aspect in the Natal chart just for basic trends in the future we need to look just like you said the basic natal chart, the progression and transit I think she said that it was important to have all 3 to analysis, the character, the influence, patterns, predictions that the person will have in the future. The only thing that I knew was that the transit time was used just like use said like 10 days after the person was born it has a link to the 10 years. I haven’t even talked to her in years, what she told me was that any activity going on with the planets such as transit progression of the planets, asteroids and fixed stars etc, that happen in the moment we are born it stays with us for this life time, she said for links from year to year we have to look at day to day transit. The funny thing is that I didn’t remember this until I read the Magi astrology book and it mentions something of transits. It is odd how sometimes we get so much information and we don’t really process it until later, right? Anyway she first started to explained about Chinese astrology and then when she went into detail about astrology and the combination of both and the effects that it has on a person and tendencies I just got lost, now Donna you have cleared it up a lot, by the way by any chance do you know when the next Magi book is coming out? It seems the more I learn the more I noticed what a big world it is out there, right? I have so much to read and learn. Well changing the subject
